I am and avid cruiser and have been using Cruise Vacation Outlet ever since I found Dan Roney almost 10 years ago! Dan is an absolute rock star! Not only does he get me discounts and perks, but he is available ALL THE TIME! I never have to worry about anything because he answers every email and phone call immediately (and sometimes I have a LOT of questions). In all our cruises, I have never encountered an issue with anything in our reservations. It's nice knowing someone has my back! I highly recommend Cruise Vacation Outlet and would definitely ask for Dan to get solid advice and outstanding service.

Dan ***** with Cruise Vacation Outlet is THE BEST! He was super attentive, responded quickly and put the customer above all. When Princess Cruises overcharged me and told me I had to go through my travel agent to address the situation, Dan ***** jumped on it, emailed me saying he was working on it, spent hours on the phone with Princess and got me a refund! I am writing this review because the reviews on BBB made me a bit apprehensive to book through Cruise Vacation Outlet at first, but I decided to go through with it given the 900+ positive reviews on ****** ******* - so glad I did! Thanks to Dan for all he did in setting up a dream vacation!Cruise Vacation Outlet Response

Thanks Tina for the glowing review and will share with Dan and we are happy to know you enjoyed your Alaska cruise. Its true the BBB A+ rating doesn't show the the hundreds of positive reviews we have with ****** *******, what you do see is just the handful of complaints (five in the last 10 years?) out of the thousands of reservations we make each year. The BBB recognizes no business is perfect but is well aware of the overall service we provide. I guess we could work on asking more satisfied clients to write a positive review but we prefer to spend our time working with people like yourself to plan their next great cruise vacation. Paru at Cruise Vacation Outlet is HORRIBLE! She assured me we would receive a refund from Allianz travel insurance when we had to cancel our cruise for medical reasons. When Allianz travel refused to give us our refund (for the travel insurance), I called her back. She was yelling and screaming at me and told me she never said that! She called me a liar! She was hysterical, unprofessional and out of control. I asked her if her calls were recorded and she screamed at me that she didn't have time for this and then she hung up on me! I have left 2 messages with Danielle ******, the manager at cruise Vacation Outlet. She hasn't returned my calls.I will never work with Paru again. I'm not sure if I will use Cruise Vacation Outlet again. That will depend on Danielle. She will have to call me and take care of this.Cruise Vacation Outlet Response

Danielle ****** called the client back today and discussed the issue with both Paru and the Allianz travel insurance. We apologize for the heated discussion and Allianz has offered the client to change the date to a new sailing but there is still no refund on travel insurance policies if a reason for a cruise being canceled was not instituted by the cruise line but by a client instead. As an agency we can't make judgements on what is deemed a covered reason for a refund, even if medical, those decisions are between the client and the travel insurance provider.
