I booked a flight on 7.5 and the amount was supposed to be ******. I noticed I was charged twice but i can't even dispute the charge. The salesman supposedly assigned to my supposed ************************* called me about tand I asked about the baggage and is it included in the ticket cost or do I need to pay extra. me that luggage is not even allowed. No purse either the flight even though there's nothing listed on the site under faqs nor checkout process nor trust email I receive. I explained that is fraud and disconnected him. You can not have restrictions on stuff without people knowing about people being notifieud. They sure enough charged me though. I was planning on disputing the charges as fraud but again it hasn't posted I can't do that. Then the same salesman called me and tried to get me to buy a more expensive ticket for the weekend. I said not today you are a scam.i disconnected and he did call me back to tell me they didn't have anything for Thursday but I said I don't want any other more expensive flights and yall aren't getting any more money out of me. Then I received an email from that rep saying they were canceling the booking and I explain that is fbitwhat the double charge? Big shocker no response. This is not yalls money. My next is taking yall to court. Ridiculous. I should have not be chrged at all because it is fraud. Misrepresentation of the service. I have been flying for many years and I have never ever seen this bull no baggage allowed with the ticket I bought. bany other airline I have never ever seen this bull.a baggage restriction. I didn't know until I received a call. No record anywhere about this luggage restriction anywhere. Not even in the email confirmation.
