I purchased a 26ft box truck from this dealership and I was told that I had a 90 day warranty, but they did not comply with that warranty. I found things like a dirty air filter, damaged electrical lift box, 2 front bald tires before I purchased it, but when my 2 drivers that picked up the truck took the truck a couple hours later to purchase 2 tires a few miles away, the mechanics discovered that 2 of the rear inner tires were damaged as well. Now instead of simply replacing the front 2 bald tires so that they can make it back home safely, I had to replace 4 tires to prevent a blowout before getting the truck back to our state 27 hours away. A week later I mechanic while changing the oil, because that wasn't done before posting it for sale, he discovered that the alternator was going bad so that had to be replaced before we could even use the truck. I contacted Francisco the sales person, which he directed me to his manager Raphael, I explained to Raphael my displeasure for having to spend so much money starting from windshield wipers the first hour after purchase to $3600 for tires, now another $800 needed to be spent on a alternator and that didn't include paying for a $800 oil change. He said, that he would help me with the replacement of the alternator, but he didn't want to take responsibility for the entire bill. When I refused him trying to send us a aftermarket alternator with no warranty, he stop communicating with me regarding the repairs. I then texted him and asked him for $1,000 to at least cover part of the oil change and the alternator, he still didn't respond. I am now seeking the entire cost of all repairs 1 week after my purchase which totals $5200. There was no way for me to know that the alternator was going bad, the 2 inner tires was damaged, before purchase and the oil change is something that generally should have been done before trying to sell that vehicle. He made excuses for the tires, but serious other things soon were found.
