      I purchased from this company on March 27th a Greddy supreme sp cat back exhaust I never received my product and its now July 18th I wrote them and called them and they responded once and haven't ever heard anything back ..

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/03) */ Customer placed an order on 3/27 for a custom made product that is listed with a minimum Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of 14+ weeks, prior to shipping. He was informed that the earliest expected ETA would be after July 12th. The customer acknowledge the ETA on 3/29. Customer proceeded to contact us again on 4/4 of any possible changes and we informed him that the ETA remains unchanged with no guarantee due to current supply chain crisis. Customer then proceeded to contact us again on 6/3 of any changes, in which we replied that ETA still remains the same and that it wouldn't be able to ship until after the middle of July (7/22-7/31). We advised him that since the product was imported from Japan , that there is a possibility that it can take longer than the given ETA due to current supply chain crisis. At this point he was offered an alternative exhausts that was in stock and ready to ship or keep the order on backorder until further notice. Alternatively, the customer had the opportunity to request a cancelation or a refund at any point if the ETA did not work for him. On 7/3, the customer contacted us a third time in which we clearly and throughly explained the ETA a third time and any additional concerns he had. We offered him alternative options as well, including cancelation of order. We believe, the customer had unrealistic expectations and somehow hoped that the product would ship sooner than the given ETA. Since the beginning, we were very clear with him on the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) prior to shipping and offer him cancelation or exchange of product if ETA did not work for him. The exhaust finally arrived on 7/22, but the customer had already filed a chargeback on the week of July 15th with no warning or request to cancel his order. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have never set out to do this to this company, As I stated previously I contacted them several times. ON April 5,2022, June 3, 2022, June 8,2022, and fianlly on July 9th I ask for refund wasn't until then that they responded on July 15th and said I already received a refund which is untrue I had to get my credit card company to fix a dispute against them to get them to even email me back. So once my refund is finished and my credit card actually gives it to me I might be willing to remove this complaint. But nothing has been resolved at this point. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/08/20) */ This is untrue and misleading. I provided screenshots of all our conversation for proof. I have provided screenshots again of all our conversations. The customer asked for a refund on July 20th after we replied back to him. At this point he already submitted a chargeback and the funds were already taken away from us (see screenshot). We informed the customer that no refunds could be given at this point as the chargeback was already done and in hands of the credit card companies. Never did we inform the customer that a refund was given as you can see from our conversation screenshots. He should have already received his money back as credit card companies usually refund the customer immediately after a chargeback. We certainly dont have his funds as you can see from the screenshot.
