I moved to Lakeland the last of December. I bought a new dryer and washer and this facility. I had problems with them from the beginning. The water pools up in the door on the front of the washer to put the detergent. Worse of all the dryer doesnt dry the clothes. I went back and told them that. They finally got the washer working half way right but the dryer never worked. They finally brought me a new dryer two days ago. I tried to dry some clothes and it didnt dry the few clothes that I had plus the door fell off in my hands. They said something about the vent so we bought equipment to clean the vent out. Jean Carlos was the salesman and he came over and rehooked up the new dryer and fixed the door. I tried to dry a few pillowcases and after sitting the timer for 54 minutes it goes off in 10 minutes. I tried to reset it several times and it didnt help. I called him and told him what it was doing. I asked for a refund for the equipment and he said that he would call me back which he didnt. Now they refuse to come and get this defective equipment. I tried every way in the world to make it work. I asked his boss to call me and he just holds the phone and doesnt answer. I believe that he knew the equipment was faculty in the first place. I need a dryer that works. My phone number is *** *** ****. Thank you
