They sent me two incorrect motors before i finally received the correct one on 07/10/23. I didn't even have my car back for a whole month before the motor failed, on 08/08/23. I opened up the motor and seen that it had years of abuse on it and i was basically given a motor that was bound to fail on me so i reached out to them on 08/14/23, where they proceeded to have me on hold for more than 20 minutes. They then told me to email them all the pictures and videos of what happened to the motor, and that I will be contacted by a SUPERVISOR. I was not, so I continued to contact them again 08/15/23, where they continued to just place me on hold over and over, and would lie and say they were speaking to the supervisor and he never was even in the building. I then again called them on 08/16/23, where they told me "oh yeah hold on i'll tell the supervisor to email you back right now" and was hung up on, so I decided to go to the establishment in person to try and get things situated and handled. I was mocked upon stating my issues and the situation by workers there, they were saying everything in spanish so i wouldn't understand them but i did. They then told me they couldn't do anything for me then because the "supervisor" wssn't in the building yet again, and that I should've known i needed to bring my motor in with me but that was never disclosed to me over the multiple phonecalls i had with them. Now upon finally being contacted, they are trying to say they will only honor my warranty if the "fault lies with a defect in the engine" after taking it apart, but they are also trying to blame it on me "excessivley pushing my vehicle", which i could not have caused this amount of damage in only one month of driving under 2,500 RPMS (rotations per minute) due to me installing a new clutch. all of their reviews on their website are one star, and consist of them scamming their customers and having no integrity what so ever, and the ONLY 5 star review is the owner's son.
