American Financial Cars Group Car dealership Went to check there cars 24 April AC not cooling Went back to get the car and end process of purchasing the car. April 27th ** ** ***** **** **** * ****** ******* **** ******** ** ***** ** ******* **** **** * ****** ******* **** ******** ** ***** 2.3 miles I did not notice any problem with the suv Drove to **** ********* ***** winter haven fl 41millas I started to notice something wrong with the car 10 may From **** ********* ** winter haven fl drove to Corner **** ****** .03 miled To purchase Tires $200 After that drove to 11413 fillmore ave Seffner fl I called dealership to let them know about the problem. They got a towing truck pick it up. Suv was having the same issue with the tranmission 13 may Car dealership gave me a loaner And i drove home. Next day when I was to leave the house I was going to pull down the wheel and it came out. I called dealership explained to them what happened. They came and pick it one in one week. They also give me another loaner and the 2nd day of used left me stranded in a plaza in ****** ******** **** * **** *** ****** *******, FL 33617 Called the dealer to have them pick it up. And it took them a weeek to pick it up. Julio 25 Picked up the car from dealership *** * ****** ******* **** ******** ** ***** Had an Engine oíl alignment $60 Drive home New battery $150 ***** ******** *** ******* ** Car started to giving problems in the highway. Made it home forcing the car . They pick up the car with a tow truck after one week. They stayed with the car one month replacing for the 2nd time a used transmission. September 6th 2023 I went to pick up the car from the dealer **** * ****** ******* **** ******** ** * ***** ** **** ** *** ** ** ********* ** ***** To have boll joint replace *** ** Tie road end Spent $400 on parts. On my way home to ***** ******** *** ******* *** started to have same problem with transmission. Called dealership they came with a tow truck to pick me up and leave me at the dealer shop that where replacing my transmission. They have told me both of the used transmission was bought in a junker with warranty. Spoke to the owner Adrian he said he was going to pay out of pocket for a new transmission. Since he's insurance cover him 1,500. He promised to my dad and me he was going to take him 4 days to havevtge car ready my and drop off to me. Called the dealership on Monday Sept 11th Spoke with Fabiana, the only person that knows about this case since day 1. She said she doesn't have any update for me. She stated she will be calling me back same day and she didn't. I tried to contact the owner several times and I got no answer. Spoke with the shop where they put used transmission and they stated that the owner said he's not buying no new transmission. He stated transmission will be replaced with a used one again for the 3rd time. I spoke with the dealer ship and they said to stop calling them because its not with them that i have to deal with its with the mechanich that is changing transmission. He said he's waiting on warranty to see if it will cover again to replace used transmission with a used one. After that they stated that it will be my responsibility to figure out on my on. I've been missing work. I clean houses and without a car I can't drive . I have spent around 1k on transportation. And another 1k changing broken parts. I need help The car doesn't run I'm financing a car witought having it. Please helpBusiness response

We sold the vehicle from American Financial Cars our dealership, with an As-Is no dealer warranty. The contract was signed with an approved finance loan with Westlake Financial Services, which they sold her an extended warranty with Secure One. So since the beginning; after we sold the vehicle to her we were a third party. Even thought she signed an As-Is we helped her with several Towing services, give her a courtesy car 2 times.
We don't have the compromise to fix her vehicle but we helped her since day one with the mechanic shop that her extended warranty approved to fix her transmission, we are just a third party.
Attached is de As-Is, the extended warranty and the estimate of the fix.

I am rejecting this response because:
The first car loaner from American Financial car group the first day of used the steering wheel came out, trying to put it on my level before driving it the first day. They sent a towing to pick it up since I was afraid to drive it with a loose steering wheel all the way to Orlando. I live in seffner 1:30hr away.The second car loaner they gave me the first day of used left me stranded in a shopping center, the car did not turn on and was left at a shopping center from then to pick it up in a tow truck.
I bought the car 5 months ago, I've been making payments every month to the bank the monthly payments and I haven't even used the car for a week because I t cannot be driven.
The transmission was changed 2 times and kept leaving me stranded in the highway. The 2 times they change the transmission was a transmission from a junker wich American Financial Cars Group had lie to me saying they where coming from a big famous company that was very professional.
Adrian one of the owners said to my dad and to me that he was going to get a new transmission wich he was going to pay out of pocket.
The dealership that is working on the transmission Said they are not going to buy me use he said they will put a used transmission from a junker for the 3rd time.
The car cannot be driven at all. They sold me a used car that don't even work. I tried driving it and the car doesn't move even if I try pushing the Gass all the way.
American Financial car group made the first payment to the bank withought my consent. I was planing to return the car since I was never able to drive it.
What's going to happen now if they change the transmission for the 3rd time and the car is not able to be driven?
I've been months withought a car and with no loaners. I've been paying out of pocket uber.
I also put new tires, new battery, alignment, 2 ball joints and axle part.
It's not fair what American Financial car group is doing to Me. They sold me a damaged car that cannot be driven. Now I have a loan with weslake Financial paying the car monthly. A car that cannot be driven or fix.
