            My name is********** **** and I am the co-owner of a 2011 Chevrolet AVEO with Tag *******. Because this was my daughter's 1st purchase on her own, I spoke to Nickesha J****** (her sales rep) to ensure the specifics of the purchase and down payment requirement. This was on Memorial Day. I also explained to her at that time that we would not be transferring the tag, DTKE55, as we are not trading it in. Unbeknownst t us, she transferred the tag to another new tag. It took 3 to 4 weeks to figure out why we were unable to renew my tag to a vehicle I had now owned for almost 8 years. I attempted to reach out to the local offices and they are wanting me to pay for the expense of getting a new tag and submitting information to later be reimbursed. And, the car was towed for an expired tag the very day we learned of Enterprises's error. So I now have additional expenses! The supposed manager, Tiffany T*******, did not return my call to address this issue, I had to call back on my own.

            Bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue and paid $1,300 to get it shipped here. Supposedly once received they have their mechanic check it. NOT. First thing I noticed was missing antenna. No book in glove compartment. Not premium floor mats paid for and pretty sure not Bose speakers. Most important issue is airbags show not working on dash so I have been driving my granddaughter around in a car with no airbags. Obviously their mechanic didn't look at automobile or he is extremely incompetent. So disappointed. Don't buy from Enterprise Used Cars for your own safety
