      Went here thinking I was gonna be satisfied with my purchase. But come to find out this company is fraudulent. I had to go back after my purchase due to my so called warranty to ask some more questions because it wasn't clear. This company is not good to deal with at all!!!It was a NIGHTMARE and I'm sueing this company. Fraudulent contract.

      Ashlyn at Pre owned Orlando on Colonial Drive told us if we came we would drive home in a car today. We informed her that we was coming from Ocala FL the condition of credit,(exact number) no money down ,we had trade in giving exact owing amount due on car before we took a 2 1/2 hour drive with 3 crashes on turnpike this particular day. She says we have in house financing and we don't care about credit. 2015 Jeep wrangler silver which we was interested in she calls saying Patricia will send video of vehicle. After reviewing video it was a totally different 2015 black Jeep which confused us after speaking about different vehicle. Once there after calling stating we wouldn't make it at 5pm due to crashes on turnpike she made appointment at 6pm . Met with sales person Siad who said everything looked good with income ,job stability etc..Long story short after speaking with finance tell us to come in following day. We spent money for hotel to be in @ 10 when dealership opens. Get there didn't even acknowledge us entering. I explained I would miss part of my work day which they joked about loud enough for us to hear after denial approval for vehicle asking $5000.00 down for a 2015 Jeep! I don't think so. Knowing this infuriates us knowing we gave you solid information prior to the trip there and your sale team are liars. Don't waste consumers time. Ran my credit to 7 different lenders. Beware

      Hi Ashlyn,

      We would have loved to get you driving home with your new car.  Unfortunately, we did our best to get you in your new car and do to current situation we weren't able to.  We do work with many lenders and have gotten people with current credit challenges done. But every situation is unique and needs to be worked here at the dealership.  We did come up with an approval but you needed to put money down on that spectacular vehicle you wanted.  We did give you other options that will work for you on the vehicles.  I apologize for the inconvenience and I wish you the best of luck on your new vehicle purchase.

      After buying my vehicle, 3 days later my a/c went out. I took it back to the dealer. They took it somewhere of site, after 2.5 hours, they brought it back and said it was low in freon. After 3 days it went out again. Obviously it has a leak. I am an outside salesman which means I need this vehicle to travel and do my job. I take it back to the dealer and they tell me to take it to their mechanic down the street. After spending 2- 1/2 hours there, and no closer to finding the leak, the mechanic puts a die in the system I'm the hopes to find the leak when it runs out. He tells me to bring it back when it runs out. I comply. After a week I bring it back in the hopes he can fix it. Nope. He says you need to leave it and I will get to it when I can. That does not work for me. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and I don't have the time to spend another day with this vehicle down. It's been 3 weeks since I purchased this vehicle and the mechanic they use can not stop and fix my vehicle because he is too busy with other vehicle that have not been purchased yet. I went right back to the dealer to please help me but the so called manager said that's the only mechanic they use. If I managed my sales territory the way he manages his dealership, I would not have any customers. Very poor way of handling the problem. I would not recommend them to anyone.

      Hi Hans,

      I apologize for the inconvenience you having with the AC on the vehicle. Like you said, after 3 days of owning the vehicle the AC went out. At time of purchase the AC was working fine. Yes, you did reach out to us about it going out and we kindly told you to bring it in and we would have it checked out by a mechanic to see what the problem is. The mechanic did see that the Freon was low on the vehicle and he in fact added Freon and also put a special dye that If the AC stops working again and if there is a leak he can spot it. AC systems are not a quick problem to have it done right away. I know that your time is valuable and I hate to have you come to us for this. We do appreciate your business and hope you can get someone that will fix your AC system as quickly as you want. Please feel free to reach me at anytime at 407-295-5565.

      RATING?! NEGATIVE 10!!! RUN from this DEALERSHIP! Scam artist and crooks. I will have my vengeance. I am really not sure how Leo sleeps at night knowing he is a con, scam artist, and lies to people faces taking their hard earned money. KARMA is REAL! Its coming for you too Leo. You are not free or exempt. Cant wait!!!!

      Didn't read buyers order and not explained, insisted I purchase warranty, so reasons buyers order they charged 595 for accessories (none) dealer prep 895 388 doc fee 195 for title and transfer my plate. This is theft, so driving home doing 70 more car shaking, stopped at good year tire center, tires were little to no air, blower not working, called Ford dealer and got in Tuesday, they charged me 200 to find problems. Repairs totaling over 1 k, warranty company declined to pay anything so I will be canceling that it was 2720.00. They never inspected anything, if they would have they would have found all these problems even no fluid in wiper fluid container, buyer beware, read all papers before signing anything.

      Dear Don,

      I would like to first personally thank you for your business, and also apologize that you did not have a fully satisfactory experience with your vehicle. As I had explained to you, you do have a 3 months or 3,000 miles powertrain warranty from us as part in what you paid for the vehicle. The powertrain warranty you have doesn't cover blower motors or fan. When you called an described to me the issue you are having, it looks like you have a hose that went bad and a ground wire that need to be replaced. That was the diagnostic that the Ford dealership gave you. At the time of sale when you came into our dealership and took it for a test drive and tested everything the fan for the AC was working as it should and you did not complain of the drivability of the vehicle, everything checked out and you decided to purchase it. Like I had offer you on our phone conversation. You can bring the vehicle to us and I can have our mechanic shop give you a FREE diagnostic and maybe not even charge you to repair the hose and have the wire replaced. I am here to help and hope to provide a resolution to fix your issue. The extended warranty don't cover any rubberized items and that's why they declined it.       oh but what happened to the bumper to bumper warranty that you said i declined in the ****** review,,you sure put on the good lies to the bbb,good job on that,remember you hung up on me after you said your not covering nothing even thou you missed on your so called 121 point inspection,show me the report!

      Wow how u can lie,just like u said I refused to buy warranty I did purchase your so called bumper to bumper warranty and they paid nothing,and if u did inspect to surely would have seen tire pressure, leaking heater core hoses, no water in wiper jug, but keep the lies coming, I have proof

      Back in 8/28/21 I purchased a 2015 BMW M4 from these guys and the service of the time to sell me was great of course especially for the low price I got it for and I see why. They claim to do a full inspection on their vehicles to make sure there's no problems at all for the buyer (but of course, it's part of the sales game). Not even 40 miles into driving the car it stalls out on me and won't start up. I contacted the sales guy and he states that if I get it towed that they would reimburse me and they'll take it over the next day. (Never got my reimbursement.) One week later they claim they fixed it and the starter got replaced, exact same thing with the same error happens but even sooner. This time they took the car to a different mechanic at ********** which I stayed in communication with the mechanic Angel which was a great guy at keeping me updated while the dealer's Service Manager would rarely update me or just not return my call for days until I blow up their phone again. ********** couldn't get it fixed and asked if I can the ECU sent to Fort Lauderdale as it's next to my job and of course I volunteered and the Service Manager from the dealership stated they would pay for shipping on the way back to Orlando, once again no reimbursement even after I presented the receipt for it. Angel from ********** did his best but couldn't figure out what was going on with the BMW so he stated that the dealership got it sent to a different mechanic shop called Auto Tuning House with the assumption that I requested it to be sent there when really I'm not even in the loop of things with the dealership because THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME. They had given me a loaner car which was a Kia Forte which I know they didn't check before hand because the low beams on it were super dim and barely lit up the road at night and I got tired of it so at LEAST they were able to swap it out for a Subaru they have until the BMW is ready. It has now been 7 weeks since the car has been purchased and I've requested to speak to their main manager named Leo and EVERYTIME I ask for him I always gets the "He'll call you right back." And I promise it has been at least 10 times I've heard that same line and nothing has happened. I'm still making the car payments in a car I haven't even got out of the city where I purchased it from and the dealership is absolutely terrible at updating the customer with what is happening UNLESS I blow up their phone and literally the only person allowed to contact me back is their Service Manager which is NOT the person I've wanted to talk to. Please do yourself a favor and be VERY careful when purchasing something from these guys that seem way to true to avoid being in my same current situation. I'm basically paying for a car to collect dust by them and nothing is being done.
