Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/13) */ Hello. The issue the customer is complaining about is not covered under the warranty we provided. Even though we did not have the obligation to fix that issue with the tail light we were willing to perform the service at no additional cost for the Buyer. Unfortunately the client refused our goodwill to fix the issue the way we could (Seal the borders with silicone). On Thursday (August 12th, 2021) Mr **** came to our store and demanded that we replaced the Tail Light for a new one. We even offered to sell one to him at a heavily discounted price but he also refused. Mr **** also called the owner a "piece of shit" which was completely disrespectful and irrational. After the occurred we are sorry to inform all the parties involved that we will not provide Mr **** with any assistance regarding this matter. Because I have photography evidence that this company sold me a car with water in the tail lights and we notified them of the photos that water was in tail lights before we even left the lot we have photo proof the dark black spots in tail lights is water and also there careless to miss this with it being a fire hazard and when we notified them of the water owner did not want to fix problem the correct way he wanted to put silicone around light fixtures on vehicle and thats not were issue was at all Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2021/09/09) */ We stand by our first response. It has been rectified by me I have replaced the tail lights completely because of the safety concern of fire and safety for my children and I will be pursuing legal action against Sonydam auto
