      Wish I could give 0 stars this place is a joke was told we only had to pay 299 for the 5 days and 4 nights then we get told we have to pay 165 dollars for deposit plus taxes ok whatever will pay it then we get told we have to pay property taxes at this resort which was like 400 dollars this place is a joke and should be shut down dont EVER USE THIS CONPANY THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST IVE EVER SEEN

      They trick you into buying a vacation trip hotel discount and then they send you a questionary requesting all your personal info and you authorize them them to sell it, it's not a legit booking company they want you to attend a presentation of some sort but must be married and declare an imcone that I didn't provide, careful read the entire page, after 10 minutes the money is not refundable

      Hello ******************************,We apologize that you feel scammed but according to all documentation and notices. You were sold a package in 2021 and all terms and conditions were explained to you before you made the purchase. At no point did we lie or hide any information from you. After the initial purchase we did not hear from you for the remainder of your package, not via phone or email. You were never booked for a reservation because you never contacted our reservation department to set up a trip.

      Never ever do a booking with them. I have booked a resort with beat vacations and the respresentative who took our booking was Byju. We informed him that we are Canada PR holders and then he said it was fine for the package and we paid him $399 plus $99 as booking charge. Later when we contacted the resort they said this package is valid only for Canada citizens and not PR holders. We contacted the best vacations again and their Manager, Bani gave us a written confirmation that he will give us a full refund due to the mistake that happened from their representative. Now when we are trying to contact best vacations again they are not picking our calls and are not ready to give us full refund. Kindly ask them to give us refund at the earliest.

      Do not conduct business with this company. I paid for my package a year and a half ago and have tried to book twice to no avail. The staff (Ms. Jessica ****) is condescending and extremely rude with absolutely no proper business etiquette. If I'm unable to book my fully paid vacation I will be moving forward with a formal complaint.

      It is common for consumers to forget the terms explained during their purchase process, especially when booking an entire year after making their purchase. When your recorded verification was completed the exact terms and conditions were stated to you and you were asked to reply yes or no to having a full understanding of our terms. At no point during your verification did you mention that you did not understand that this is a non-refundable purchase nor did you question having to give 30-60 days advance notice. When you contacted our Reservation Department on 10/26/2022 and spoke to Daniella she was very polite in explaining that you could not book your travel one week out because we require a 30-60 days advance notice. We understand the frustration of not being able to book when you want to travel but it is impossible to book any reservation in less than a 15 day advance notice as long as dates are available. Had you not terminated every call you made to our agency and allowed the agents to explain, you would have received all of this information. Because you refused to speak with us we were not able to go over your Confirmation Letter with you. On your legal verification recording you were told you would receive three separate emails from [email protected]. We also explained that it is mandatory for you to electronically sign your Authorization Receipt and Confirmation Letter before submitting any dates of travel. When you contacted BVD on 10/26/2022 Daniella noticed your Confirmation document was never signed so we resent the Confirmation Letter to your email with an explanation that you are required to sign the document before requesting a reservation.

      As a consumer, it is your right to make a complaint but making a false complaint is not sensible. We always pride ourselves on providing every guest with the best customer service and vacation opportunities. Our staff is always happy to assist you and answer any questions or address any concerns you have regarding your purchase or reservations. As I explained in the email sent you on 10/27/2022, you can transfer ownership of your package if you no longer wish to travel on your Las Vegas travel package. You were given 36 months to travel so your purchase is valid until 09/30/2024. Please feel free to contact BVD at (855) 246-7852 if you would like to book according to the terms and conditions or if you decide to transfer to another party.

      I would not consider booking any travel reservations through this agency. Be very skeptical if you do, this is a marketing agency. I was called three different occasions to pay for my reservations and was not informed about paying for taxes before arriving. However, When I tried to explain their contract which says pay at the time of check-in, I was yelled and accused by the manager Jessica that I was not worth talking too repeatedly and she continued to over speak loudly and very abruptly so I could not talk. I have never experienced poor quality service to paying customers, and this makes me consider the integrity of ****** and would not recommend business with this agency or ****** for treating paying customers poorly. If you choose to do business with this agency you should consider the reviews, reading and understanding the contract, and know that this agency is small and their no quality support for customer service and accountability. It is not worth it in my opinion to do business with ****** or Best Vacation Deals.

      We are sorry to see that this guest had an unsatisfactory experience with BVD. Upon review of phone conversations between Ms. ******* and several customer service agents and supervisors we have determined that Best Vacation Deals went above and beyond to provide Ms. ******* the best service possible. We do understand Ms. ******* was required to pay fees she felt were unfair but these were standard fees set forth by the resorts required to be paid for the reservation and said fees were outlined in a confirmation document sent to the guest at time of purchase. On October 15, 2021 Ms. ******* was contacted by Jessica, a supervisor at BVD to inform her we were working with the resort to see if they would make an exception for her and lower the holiday fees associated with her reservation for travel during the Easter holiday. Jessica agreed BVD would cover part of the cost of taxes for the stay and reduced the amount by $50 for her. On December 7, 2021 when the taxes and fees were due to be paid Ms. ******* was not happy with having to pay anything. We strive to provide excellence in customer service here at Best Vacation Deals and understand consumers will sometimes have confusion regarding specific terms set forth by the resorts but we always go above and beyond for all of our guests and try to make the experience as easy and uncomplicated as possible. We are happy to see that Ms ******* has already confirmed her reservation and is ready to travel on this luxury vacation. Ms ******* realized that she is saving almost 87% off the retail cost on this vacation.

      Unfortunately, this statement from Best Vacation is not accurate. I prepaid for the trip before booking my trip/reservations as part of a marketing call for a time share presentation. I also paid a separate fee for the booking at the time of my reservatin. I was called to pay additional money because of my days of travel would be considered during the Holiday season for Mexico in April. I was called again this time to pay for resort taxes. The resort taxes was not explained well when it was due. I tried to explain that I have paid three fees on separate occasions, and so I wanted to know a little more information about when the resort taxes were due. I had no time to plan for this other expense, and the contract said resort taxes were due at the time of check in at the property. The customer agent was unable to answer the question, and when I asked for the Supervisor, Jessica the Supervisor got on the phone and immediately was very upset that she was interrupted to take my call. Jessica started shouting and screaming inflammatory remarks to me before I could speak. As a result I could not speak because she was continuously yelling at me. As a paying customer, I don't think that warranted Jessica's response. I had no choice but to move forward with the reservation without losing the money I had already spent to book my trip. I pursued to call another number because I felt that this was not acceptable in building customer relations, I have yet to hear back from anyone until now. Am not sure of the integrity of this business, and I can not recommend Best Vacations due to thier poor communication and low customer service work ethics.
