Customer ID #: *** *******. Per my receipt, $601 was paid to Destinations Travel Group on 3/1/23. Destinations Travel Group committed to provide a travel package. However, after the purchase, all communications I've had has been with Luxury Tour Escapes. Luxury Tour Escapes has a totally different website address and SOT license number than what I was provided during the phone call with Destinations Travel Group. Once the package was purchased, I rec'd an email and text message stating that my signature was required for my package to be fully active. I NEVER OPENED THE LINK TO THE DOCUMENT AND I NEVER SIGNED THE DOCUMENT. I followed the directions on the websites for both companies to cancel, since I didn't know which company I was really dealing with, and emailed the cancel request to both companies on 3/28/23. I called ************ on 4/17/23 re: the status of my request. I was told it had been rec'd & someone would call me back. I didn't hear back, so I called again on 5/16/23 & was told to submit the cancel request via text to ************, although both websites state to send it via email, which I previously did. I rec'd a text stating "You are past your 30-day money back guarantee". I responded explaining that my cancel request was emailed and rec'd by them on 3/28/23 and provided a screen print of the email to, from, date and time information. On 5/17/23 I received a text stating "Refund Authorization from Luxury TE for your vacation promotion for the amount of $601. Reply "YES" to authorize the refund process, the refund will be finalized in 7-10 business days". I then replied "YES". After 10 business days, I hadn't rec'd my refund, so I texted the company again. Although I never signed the documents sent to me, which my signature is required to activate the package, according to an email rec'd from them, I rec'd a response stating "Unfortunately they have denied the refund promotion is no longer going to be refundable Vacation promotion is fully active".

I was contacted by this company by phone solicitation on 1/7/23. They told me that they received my information from previous travel with their parent company and that I qualified for 2 vacations in exchange for sitting through a time share presentation at each location. They instructed me to go to their website destinationstg.com. They told me the cost would be $501.00 and that I would have 5 years to use the 2 vacations. I noticed it was a scam when 2 months later on 47/23 I went to book one of my vacations. They were immediately dismissive of my calls and would always just state hat someone would get back with me. hey preferred to all business by text message. They told me that I would have to pay them $89.99 a night to book and that I would only receive a confirmation after I had paid them. I've done times share presentations in the past and this was totally out of the norm. I have requested a full refund. this is a scam company. I request a refund and that they immediately place me on their Do Not Call List.
