On 3/19/2025 I purchased tickets via **************************. The company was provided to me via my job through Benefit Hub and I thought this was a reputable company. I set up the account and i spoke with *** at the company several times before purchasing the tickets. They required me to provide a copy of my driver's license and said the tickets would be delivered in 7-10 days. I called on 4/1 after not receiving the tickets and spoke to *** over 10 times between 4/1 and 4/8. She said **** said the tickets would be delivered. They were never emailed to me.Business Response

I purchased *************** tickets totaling $884.28 on March 25, 2025. I never got my tickets. I used the chat and was told it would take 5 to 10 business days and that has since passed and still no tickets. I had been calling multiple times and no answer. Finally I get a callback from *** *** and she told me she was going to send an email to find out when I will recieve my tickets. She send email and still no response. I had told her I had seen all the complaints and that I just wanted my money back. She told me refund will take 2 days to process. This was on the 9th of April and still no response or confirmation my purchase was canceled or full refund being processed. I have been calling again and emailing and still to this day no communication from them. This is very stressful and causing me health issues due to the stress. I just want my full refund back so I can get my tickets another way. This is bad business and all around fraudulent.Business Response

On March 17, 2025, I purchased 3 tickets from ************************** for ******* ***** for April 26. Ticket number 2853 in the amount of $560.80. I received a confirmation email and was charged for the transaction, but never received my tickets despite the email said 7-10 business days. I have spoken with ****** on numerous occasions and have emailed both the ***************** and **** the person I was informed was in charged multiple times and have never received a call back, a response to my emails or my tickets. ****** has also emailed the ticket **** and ****, copying me, letting them know I was upset and requesting they contact me to no avail. These tickets were for a big family birthday event next weekend and the park is almost sold out so *** had to buy additional tickets so I dont miss out on this milestone. I have requested a refund and have not received any confirmation, response, or acknowledgment that they will give me my money back, The lack of response and professionalism is astonishing and I am concerned I have been scammed. Emailed ****** on 2/6/25 to make sure I could connect my ****** tickets to the ****** app and was told I could. I also asked about the length of time it took to get tickets after I ordered and was told 7-10 business days. I ordered tickets on 3/22/25. I started emailing on 3/28/25 because I still had not received my tickets and was told on 3/31/25 it can 7-10 business days. Starting on 4/3/25 until today there have been 22 more emails between myself and ******. I have also spoke with her on the phone. Im getting no where. I was given the phone number and email for her manger, ***** and he has not responded at all. I have left multiple voicemails for him and emails. ****** just keeps telling me she has marked my order as urgent and she is working remotely so she cant walk to the ticket department and talk to them, she can only contact them through email. This has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting as Im responsible for everyone ****** tickets and continuously get the runaround from this company. The manager has not even attempted to return my emails or phone calls. I am supposed to use my tickets on 4/23/25 and do not have confidence in this place to get me my tickets. I got Orlandovacation.com from the ********************************** website so I assumed it would be reputable and I wouldnt get screwed. I will also be contacting the *** to inform them of the reviews I have found on BBB and the experience I have had and stress I have dealt with because of Orlando vacation. All I want is my tickets so I can stop stressing and my family can go to ******. I have all the emails and timestamps of the amount of times Ive called that I can add as well.Business Response

On March 1, 2025 I ordered tickets through **************************. They have charged my credit card, and I received a confirmation email right away. On the email, it states that I would receive my tickets in 7-10 business days. I still have not received my tickets over a month later. I bought ****** world tickets from Orlando ************************** website which I found out from my workplace but I never received my tickets. I kept calling and emailing these people but no help. They never sent us tickets. We had to dispute the transaction with our credit card company. Please be aware of these people they are scam and fraud. They kept saying will send tickets today and that today never came. We had to *** another set of tickets for our trip from ****** itself. I made an order for ************ tickets on March 28 on this ************* money is $1452.90. The order status on the website shows Confirmed, but I have not yet received the tickets or any follow-up communication. It said we can get the tickets in 5-10 working days.However 10 working days passed,we still haven't got the ************ are my order details: Order Number: #OV-2970 Name: ******** ***** Email used for the order: ************************** have attempted to reach out through your online chat support, but I have only received responses from an automated bot and no assistance from a live agent. And when I asked for a refund, it said I need to pay 10% fee ,but the key point is we haven't got the tickets and they seems did not do anything, so it is very unreasonable. What's more from the review of ****** Map,it seems they didn't active to help the customers to solve problems and even we agree to this 10% fee,it is very hard for us to get the ********* seems it is a **** scam company.Business Response

Website states that tickets purchased through them will be delivered via email within 7-10 days for purchase. I purchased my tickets totally $463 on March 6th, 2025. It is now April 9, 2025 and I have still not received my tickets. We fulfilled the tickets and sent them to the guest. We will contact ****** and ask them to cancel the ticket order, and if they have not been used then we will provide the guests with a full refund. Obviously, if the tickets were used, we will not be able to provide a refund. We will put the request in today, it usually takes 48 hours for ****** World to get back to us.

I ordered Seaworld Orlando tickets through Orlandovacation.com in the amount of $242.57 on Feb.7th 2025. My husband and son were due to go to ******** on March 7th 2025. I reached out to *** *** ***** with the company several times regarding the fact that we never received the tickets and wanted to know when they would be delivered and was repeatedly told that she would forward our emails to the ticket department. I never received the tickets and asked they they refund them and she said she would send in for a refund. I then had to re-order new tickets directly through Sea world for $327.46. It is April 9th and we have never received a refund and are now out a total of ****** for the purchase of both sets of tickets. I would like to have the money refunded and be done with this whole disappointing process. I also left two voicemails for the manager of the company asking for a return call and I never heard from anyone either time.Business Response
