After 40 years of coming here when I got here on 7/28/24. No reservations. Had to pay for a room. Next day wasted over half a day. Finally got a room, o help from the manager. Got a room on the 2nd floor .one was on 1st no lock off. Mine was. *********************** project manager was a big help. Would not recommend itReview from Greg S

I tried to work out a compromise on a stay I had booked that I had no choice but to cancel due family emergency. I talked to the booking company and the property management. They just basically told me no. They did offer to give me a voucher for two days I could use, from this calendar date 03/04/2024 for one year. The problem with that is I spent over $3500 on the stay and two nights would not even get me to the next time I would be able to go to the property. I declined the offer and will just lose the money because this unscrupulous company and the property owners are ********** hungry and no matter what the reason they will not compromise on anything unless it serves them. They use all the booking sites to buyer beware of when looking at this property. If you have anything go wrong you will lose all the money and not even get an apology. When declining the offer of the two nights I did let them know that I would never use their properties ever again. I hope you will see their D- rating and do the same.Review from Shakina G

This Company got me while I was on vacation and its sales tactics were pushy and ultimately I signed up after being with them for hours. A few days after things calmed down I decided I did not want the service and it was a runaround. The sidekick program was the only documents I had with a number on it and the only options there were to book or cancel a reservation, I was told they could not do anything. The 800 number that was on the contract was a a promotional number with no one to speak to. They are in partnership with ********** Bank as they pulled my credit and they are the only personnel that answers which they are keeping me liable to pay this debt that was closed with Vacation Club. This business practice needed to be closed down for pushy selling, improper communication with the sales office and fraudulent methods as these offices cannot be contacted. I am still trying to get this resolved and ********** **** needs to not be associated with them as its poor business practiceReview from Joseph G

I have been a faithful owner of a Legasy Timeshare since 1981. We are now finding it harder to travel and need to cancel this timeshare. When we're not trying to cancel the timeshare we get constant reminders to upgrade and plenty of emails to try and book vacations so we can go to more "owner's meetings", but now that we have attempted to cancel this timeshare no one will return a phone call or email! It is only about the money they can get out of me, never about the customer experience with them. Please do your homework before purchasing with Legacy!!Review from Vanessa H

Went to book a rook and after submitting payment they charged $160 extra than the price broken down which did include the resort fee. We even have a screen shot of the price breakdown before payment and they would not help us.
