We had an initial visit for a presentation with a 5 night/4 day stay with or without the obligation to purchase. We chose not to purchase because the cost was just far too much for us. As we waited to collect our certificates for attending we were approached by another individual regarding a far less costly offer. This offer happened after we had already attended the initial presentation and near closing time for the day. It was during this 2nd presentation that we were offered a 20k or 30k credits and lodging cost of $80.00 when we weren't using our points-we purchased the 20k package. During the 2nd presentation we began to read the contract and were offered a verbal short version of the contract which we agreed to because it was near closing time. The presenter ( ***************************) stated that we could stay at local hotels for $80/night and that we could save our points for overseas travel. We of course asked if he was sure about that statement and he stated yes. Of course during the short explanation of the contract he forgot to mention that we must pay $1400 of the total cost of the package before our 1st stay and he lied to us about being able to stay at local places for $80/night. After calling the Wyndham hotline to schedule an $80/night stay for a local travel we were told that $80/night offer doesn't exist-ever. We called our salesman but he was unavailable so we left a message for his manager (*****)-we spoke. During the phone call he kept repeating that there was a misunderstanding but we verified during the speech from ******* that the package also included the $80/night addition-this was 1 of the key benefits we found to be pleasing about the deal. This was false information and we would've not elected to get this package without it. We are reaching out to lawyers to get advice on how to cancel this contract due to the false information and the excluding of pertinent info as we were being rushed out the door at closing time. We want out ASAP!Review from MARY F.

My husband and I signed up for a Worldmark Resort package in *********, **. Our showing was at 2:00 pm and was supposed to be for only two hours and we were there until almost 6:00 pm. We decided to purchase the time share at the agreed price of $18,929.00 total but as we were going over our contract it stated that the total payment amount would be $37,026.00 that WE DID not agree to or ever was told about. ***** stated to us that we were approved for no money down and with low monthly payments. Never once did ***** state anything about paying $19,989.90 in interest. He stated that the Premier Ownership was ONLY AVAILABLE AT THAT PRICE FOR THAT DAY ONLY, which was on April 30, 2024. He stated if we DID NOT take the opportunity of the TODAYS SPECIAL that we would lose the Forever Premier Ownership and could call back ANYTIME to become a Standard Ownership Member, but that would be a 40-year lease and will NOT be a lifetime ownership. We stated to ***** that we had to think about it, because we were on vacation, and he stated that we could sign up that day, which was April 30, 2024, and if we did not agree to something that was stated in the final contract, we had 30 days to CANCEL. And we did find something in the contract that we did not agree to or with and thats when we started calling ***** and left voicemails. He would not return our calls. I even emailed ******* and NO ONE returned our calls or emails. Called customer service and thats when we received the horrible news that we only had 5 days to CANCEL. ***** DID NOT state that five (5) day cancellation rule to us. He stated we had 30 days to cancel. He was very misleading, and we felt like we became members under Fraud and False pretense being rushed into making a rash decision, due to sitting there for almost 4 hours and just wanted to get back to our vacation. The process was very unprofessional and bad for business. This is not fair and I will be going legal.Review from Rafael G

My wife and I purchased a timeshare in ********* by Worldmark. Having time to think about it we realized that we made a huge mistake. So we texted our Sales rep ************************* after 3 hours of purchase. Telling him that we've made a huge mistake and that we wanted to cancel. He told us to sleep on it and to call him the next day. So we called him telling him that we still wanted to cancel and that this would be a heavy burden on us financially. He told us that we couldn't and that all he could do is lower our monthly payments to a $100 (which never happened). He asked me if I wanted to go through with it and I said did I have any other choice and he said no. So feeling forced I agreed to it. A few days later we texted him begging him if there was someone we could talk to about canceling. We got no response until the 6th day! Later after finding out on my own that ********* has 5 day cancelation form. We hurried up and mailed it out on the 6th day. With a letter explaining everything that had happened. Wyndham still denied our cancelation for being one day late. I felt like I got scammed. The fact that I was lied to about canceling and Worldmark by Wyndham would conduct business this way is immoral and dishonest. This is very unethical business practicesReview from christopher v

WorldMark previously had a working website. They created a new website that still does not function correctly. Currently the booking process is down. We cannot reserve a room at a resort. We're paying monthly dues and cannot book a room. I called 5 times and was told the system is also down on their end. They cannot book a room for me over the phone. The waitlist system is also down. The company created an IT ticket to resolve the problem. It's been 5 days and the booking system is still down.Review from John J

This business forces customers to pay for credit protection whether or not you want it. They had a new option to take credit protection that I didnt notice. After I completed my vacation request, I noticed that I was charged a credit protection fee. I tried to remove this fee but wasnt allowed. This seems like a scam.
