      Nothing but lies from the second we walked in! Absolutely nothing they told or showed us turned out to be true! DO NOT BUY into there sales tactics it's all a big lie! Just look at all reviews on this company and you will understand. Total Scam!

      Stayed at ************** in *******, **. It was disgusting! Hair, crumbs and blood stains on sheets, tv didn't work, everything was filthy. Lots of people living there slamming and pounding on doors ALL night. Was by myself and very scared! Last noise at 4am... I took a cold shower ( no hot water) and left. will never stay at Wyndham again...false advertising! Beware!

      Hi,I stayed there in early January. I was promised to have 2 refunds issued to my credit card. One was for the hold on the timeshare presentation and one was for the parking. Both charges were for $40. Fortunately one of the charges was properly returned to me. I am still waiting for the parking fee of $40 to be refunded. I have completed complaints with the BBB and also disputed it with my credit card. At this point Wyndham likely already spent several hundred dollars in labor trying to keep my money. At what point will they be honest and take care of their obligations and honor what they offered? Very disappointed.....

      I am writing this review to expose the actions perpetrated by Wyndhams Sales Team, with the intent to create awareness among the public and maybe get a response from Wyndham regarding the cancellation of my contract. I initially purchased in July 2022, following my purchase was only met with constant marketing calls asking me to attend a presentation designed to present an upgrade. First RED FLAG - why would I need an upgrade if the initial purchase was presented as the most PRESTIGIOUS offer available filled with all these grandiose promises made by their sales staff. I had ******* points, no mortgage and a monthly maintenance of only $110.00. What more did I need? They ensure their commission and then contradict themselves by constant pressure to upgrade with false promises. They also assured me of ongoing support, which has proven untrue and they have yet to follow through on. From the misrepresentation, false promises, lies & inconsistencies with what I was assured by their sales staff, I am left ignored and in the dark. Since then, my health has significantly deteriorated and I can no longer afford to pay monthly assessments which total nearly $2,000.00 as I need funds to be able to accommodate the mobility and accessibility I have in my own home, so traveling is not my priority at this time. Additionally, I would like to highlight Wyndhams lack of consideration for my health and financial well-being. I hope this serves as an example to anyone looking to purchase a timeshare or do any kind of business with Wyndham. STAY AWAY from WYNDHAM!

      Wyndham I wish someone told me this when I was doing my research so hopefully this helps someone in the future - do NOT get suckered into this deal. They use manipulation tactics and pressure to get you to sign a contract. 1. Your monthly maintenance fees jump drastically 2. Take pictures of the offers they put in front of you because they use it to sucker you in then change it and its useless 3. Manipulated and forced us to not leave or eat for 8+ hours. After 8 hrs our 5 year old was hysterical and any parent would lose their sense and do whatever to get out 4. The free incentives are used over your head again to keep you trapped They tell you that you can get out of it but its a lie and they do not handle clients in good faith. They become unresponsive and leave you high and dry. Do not trust anything Research the class action lawsuits on Club Wyndham and their horrible tactics to make a buck. Do not believe anything.

      Very disappointed in customer service and availability of assistance to resolve issues. There are no names/contact points for getting to the bottom of a problem. Every agent contacted is unable to help or forward the concern, but also can't give a name or number of who can. They only will "make a note" or "leave a comment" for someone else, and we never get a response back. We have had an issue submitted for escalation for almost 3 months, and have not been contacted for more details, have not been given any updates or status reports. The "personal" phone numbers provided are never answered, and voicemails are not responded to.Our online account has not been accessible to us for 4 months now, and there has been an open IT ticket on it since April, with no resolution found. Many contacts have been made with no help forthcoming. It feels like the customer service ends as soon as a sale is made, and they hope if the customer is ignored long enough that the concerns will go away. It is frustrating, stressful and inconvenient to not have follow-through and good customer service from a company professing to help make lives more interesting and enjoyable with their products.

      I regret ever signing up for Wyndham. It's impossible to find a location to book. If, by some miracle, you DO find a location, you can't check in without being asked to sit in for another meeting where they'll try to upsell you. Monthly costs are always on the rise, and you don't even get housekeeping. Then, when you try to sell, they offer you only 15% of what you paid for it. So did my membership lose value? It's a membership, not a physical piece of property that depreciates. The whole thing is a scam. Now I'm calling timeshare attorneys to get this resolved. Do whatever you can to avoid this at all costs!

      Worst mistake I have ever made was getting a Wyndham timeshare. They call me 1-3 times a week trying to get me to buy more, sell my points (for a $2900 fee). I HATE this company. The sales people are slimey liars that wont listen to NO until you scream it at them. My very first time using it they asked me to go to a meeting to learn more about it and it ended up being a sales pitch to buy $45k more. Absolute trash company. Do not fall victim to them.

      It is time we all contact the ***** of ************ a Business Process Improvement consultant for 30 yrs, the issues Wyndham is having are diagnostic. The issues I read below and our issues I document here, were clearly about a leadership team's lack of focus on effective business processes. I include their lack of focus on their technology management processes, paying no attention (or poorly executed attention) to the adoption of industry best practices in IT Service Management.Our issues: We have tried for 3 years to get Wyndham to change ownership from my wife's previous husband to me, her current husband. It wasn't until her previous husband died, that we had any success at all. Even then, we had to contact them more than 7 times after we sent a death certificate to get them to complete this relatively simple process. We would continually need to remind them of our need for their follow through, would get a response thanking us for our inquiry, then nothing, for months, until our next reminder.Any business the size of Wyndham with a lack of priority on customer service process excellence, has a rapidly escalating and fundamental leadership problem. It will take replacing the team at the very top of this company to get this under control. It will take a visionary and charismatic CEO who can communicate to their (new) leadership team, a compelling vision for a wholesale change in the company's culture and values, to turn this massive ship in the right direction. If we want to influence this change, the best way to do that is to communicate to the ***** of ********** This could be as easy as suggesting to individual board members that they review these ratings on the Better Business Bureau site. The scope of the issue is ******* clear from these ratings.
