      I entered into an agreement with this company on August 29th, 2023, under the impression that they were a reputable firm, mistaking them for another similarly named entity. Since our initial agreement, I have faced numerous challenges: 1. Request for Refund: Today, I have been attempting to secure a refund based on our agreement. Despite clear communication from my side, the company has been consistently delaying and avoiding fulfilling my request. 2. Lack of Communication: The company has repeatedly tried to divert and deny my requests, especially regarding the refund. They also don't seem to be in good communication with each other as the timeline incident suggests. 3. Poor Writing Quality: The writing skills presented do not match the quality promised. Some representatives did not even seem to have a fluent grasp of the English language. 4. Inconsistent Delivery Dates: The company has been inconsistent with their promised book completion dates. 5. False Representation: Ghostwriting LLC has been misleading by using the names of famous authors, such as ******** ****** *** **** ***** as representatives. This, coupled with the discrepancies in communication, raises concerns about the authenticity of the content provided. 6. Attempted Upsell: Despite our initial agreement for $2,999, they tried to charge an extra $5,000. 7. Verbal Agreement Breach: I had a verbal agreement that should I be dissatisfied with the service, I would receive a refund. Ghostwriting LLC has attempted to renege on this promise. 8. Concerns Regarding Content Origin: Given the overall quality of content and inconsistencies, I'm concerned some of the work might be AI-generated or outsourced to non-professionals. Ghostwriting LLC is not acting with integrity. They've not only failed to deliver the promised service but have also shown a pattern of misleading tactics. I entrusted them with my money and expected a professional service in return. Instead I've been met with disappointment & evasion.

      I hereby wholeheartedly reject Ghostwriting LLC's reply to my complaint. The assertion that I approved any part of the project is unequivocally false. This clear attempt to misrepresent the situation does not address the substantial issues that led to my demand for a complete refund.

      Their portrayal of my serious and valid concerns as a mere “change of mind” is misleading and unacceptable. This, combined with their unsatisfactory offers of only 30% and later 50% refunds, clearly demonstrates their unwillingness to adequately resolve the issue.

      Ghostwriting LLC’s formal response to the Better Business Bureau, suggesting a prioritization of my project, does not acknowledge or address the root issues I have continuously pointed out in my complaint. The continued evasion and attempts to mischaracterize my grievances reaffirm my decision to discontinue all dealings with them.

      In light of these circumstances, their failure to offer a full refund for services that were not delivered to an acceptable standard is further emphasized.

      Thank you. It's important to note that this request is primarily due to their decision not to continue working with us. We want to emphasize that we provide free revisions, which we encourage the client to take advantage of. These revisions can yield improved results, and we believe it's fair to assess the work's quality based on the revised version.

      Our policy stipulates that a refund is available if a client is dissatisfied with the work; however, we kindly request that the client engage with our services to gauge their satisfaction accurately. We recommend trying out the service and revising the work as needed. If, after these steps, the client remains dissatisfied, we will consider their request for a partila/full refund.

      The first transaction that was made was in November 2nd, 2020 for $4000 US to purchase social media marketing/website creation/audio book for a book that I wrote for a 6 month contract. On December 16, 2020 another payment of $2000 US for 5 Classes of Trademark because I was told they wouldn't be able to sell the book in the US if I didn't pay the trademarking classes. Febuary 11, 2021 two payments of $2000 US for google paid campaigns to really get my book to be sold. On May 5, 2021 paid $3000 US to extend the contract to a year plus putting the book on 20 online platforms to get more exposure+120 hardcopys of the book because in the first 6 months the company didn't do any promoting of the book on all social media platforms, weren't even close to finishing creating the website, hadn't started the audio book, never got the certificate for the trademarking and didn't run any google campaigns for the book. May 26, 2021 paid two payments of $1500 US for 3 years of hosting+dedicated server for the website+10 publishing platforms. June 3, 2021 another two payments of $1500 US for the 3 years hosting. Jun 18, 2021 paid $500 US for lawyer fees for the trademarking, was told if I didn't I wouldn't be able to get the trademark certificate even though was told that the $2000 I paid was a one time fee for all expenses for the trademarking. Every call I had they were super pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. During all that time I requested for a refund and they wouldn't offer it to me and just wanted me to give them another chance even though on my initial contract and the conversation I had with them on the extension contract I was told if I didn't get my ROE by the end of the contract I would get a full refund when I requested with no questions asked. After all the back and forth of getting a refund in September of 2022 they said I would finally get a refund but till today they haven't answered any of my messages of when I would receive it. I have spent $17,601 US

      I'm not satisfied with the process. In the contract it states: Money back guaranteed (If you are not satisfied with the work quality or the process).Also, in the contract it states: Note: After the payment is done you will get a teamwork invitation, once you accept that, you will be connected directly to the writer where you and the writer will be in constant communication throughout the process. You have to upload your documents, audios and speeches through the teamwork account.This has yet to happen. As I told ************************* (29Dec22) their support team (30Dec22), and ********************* (multiple times), I have received the invitation, but it asks for a user id and PW which I don't have. **** said I would get that information during my call that would happen within 24 hours of me paying, the support staff never replied to my email and ****** said he would give me the information during our scheduled call on 4Jan23 @ **** CST. After ****** received my message about missing our scheduled meeting and me wanting my money back due to me not satisfied with the process, he began to harass me by calling my phone 4 times back to back. This is unprofessional, unwanted, and criminal behavior. He then sent me a message saying I misunderstood the time, Which I didn't, because I clarified it a total of 3 times during our brief call on 3Jan23, and asked if he could call me now. As our time was scheduled for ****-**** CST and it was after **** CST I was not available. He then sent me a message apologizing for missing our scheduled time after harassing me with 4phone calls back-to-back.I have no trust in ******, as he will lie to cover himself. I can't work with this type of individual or a company that employs this type of individual and apparently has no process in place that they follow. I did formally ask for my money back for the reasons I have stated, not satisfied with the process and breach of contract. I have received no response and no refund.

      I reached out to the company in early April this year to write a book for public exposure of knowledge and possible awareness. During the two initial conversation I checked with BBB and did not locate any "Red" flags about the company called Ghost writing proficiency. And a deal agreement was made which I was to gain a team of writers to publish my book. I paid the agreed amount of money to cover the cost to meet the related service demands. By the end of Apil the company introduced more platforms to in flat the cost by promising the book articles would be sold to companies like******************************** and required additional funding. And there were other in flatting expenses. Excited my story would be heard I allowed family and friends to review the link the publishing company had advertised. Sadly, my family and friends reported back to me they could not find the link or the published sites. I contacted my bank, and we researched BBB site together and discovered the publishing company was listed under Ghost Writing, LLC with an "F" rating and reviews with the same complaint as me. I am requesting the intervention of BBB to assist getting every dime back I have spent into the company underneath a breach of contract and scam of the four-installment payment outs. I can deliver the various debts upon demand.

      See attached document as it details all of the information requested for this box. I continue to be put off when requesting a refund. I simply want my money back. I ended up writing my own book, buying my own ISBNs. They have not marketed me. I am told I'll hear from someone in 48 hours and then 48 hours comes and it gets pushed another 48 hours. I shouldn't have to have a conversation with anyone.

      6545 Corporate Centre Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822-3253 has been sending emails to us under the name "Vintage Ghost Writing for weeks - it has a "unsubscribe bottom" we have clicked and send the email "we will unsubscribe in 72 hours" - They keep sending emails almost daily. I have called and they only want to sale products, when I request to speak to someone to get Unsubscribe - they either hang up or try to keep selling their services. Enough is Enough. They have the BBB logo and I am sure they have no great score.
