I have repeatedly asked to end the vet plan that expired in June. I called in May to schedule a last appointment for my dog to be seen and asked what services are left to be used which was a dental exam/ cleaning. At the appointment blood work was done and I was charged $300 without warning or explanation. No employee informed me that the blood work was $300 during the visit. I learned that there was a charge at the end. I specifically stated when scheduling the appointment that I only wanted to use the services that had not been used and also asked if the plan ends automatically or does the practice need written documentation. I was told that the plan would end in June and no written notice is needed. I have been charged monthly since June and now learned that the plan has automatically renewed without my authorization. I am requesting full refunds of the plan payments for June, July, and August and also the $300 that I was charged for blood work due to not being informed of the amount prior to the appointment or during the appointment so that I could have declined the service. I have called and spoken to numerous staff members and keep requesting that my vet plan be cancelled so that I can stop being charged.
