That veterinary clinic is the worst I have visited and my review is directed towards the doctor and owner of the establishment, *************************************, which consists of the fact that said doctor committed bad practice since he took my dog ??for a lump or mass on the right side. of her abdomen, which the doctor ignored, stating that it was not important without even doing the pertinent tests to know what it was due to and what was the reason why he took her. He gave us some diagnoses which were accurate but he himself ended the consultation without giving an explanation as to what could be the mass that the dog had, having the nurse go to ask him and she tell us that the doctor had said that it was not important and That was because my dog ??was older, and when she lay down, her intestines would burst out. Not happy or satisfied with that specific diagnosis and seeing the deterioration of my dog, I decided to take her to a pet emergency room. All the necessary tests were done, which turned out to be cancer, lymphoma, which was already in an advanced stage with metastases in her body. and what for us was a mass turned out to be inflammation of one of his organs which ************************** had informed us that it was only the intestines and that we had to worry. After ****************** diagnosis and trusting in his knowledge as a veterinarian, he passed A month in which my dog ??was getting worse and worse is where I took her to the pet emergency room and they gave me the correct diagnosis which we did not have the time to do more for her health and take her to practice euthanasia. I would like them to take action on this matter since I understand that this person, if he can be called a doctor, does not continue committing bad practice and lack of professionalism since they are living beings just like us human beings unlike them who do not speak. I raise my voice for my dog and I urge you to look at the other negative reviews that the clinic has on *******

The owner of this practice is absolutely horrible in customer care and even employer treatment! ************************************* has shown unwavering unprofessionalism. Additionally, even viewing upon his ****** reviews, the reviews made and responses from **************************, shows his reluctance and dismay if any type of criticism. So much to where he will reply back with *******, rudeness, and personal appointment information about that said reviewer, which is HIGHLY inappropriate. My last visit with my pet consisted of foul language being spewed from ************************** to his employees, the customers and their pets. There needs to be some sort of investigation of malpractice, for how he manages his staff and patients. I can write a laundry list of events that took place at my last visit, however I would most definitely exceed the character limit for this review. For the sake of those poor employees that had to endure such vulgar and degrading words and the pets that they see, some major changes need to be made.
