After getting my puppy in March 2021 I took her to Forever Vets Animal Hospital at Hunter Creeks based on good reviews. In April, we signed up for the Forever Vets Wellness Plan as it included the spay. However, at the suggestion from the primary doctor Ashraf ******* we were told to wait until after her first heat. According to her paperwork, we were scheduled for her next appointment on May 27 for her final round of puppy shots. I called to confirm the date and the desk clerk told me they had no appointment in their system and she was up-to-date on her shots. It wasn't until we needed to board her that we learned that was not the case. At this time, we learned that she had not received her rabies shot, which was supposed to be given around 11-12 weeks old, not six months. This posed another concern and even health issues. At this point she had been socializing with other dogs which put them all at risk. In September, another doctor who was filling in, recommended that we get her spayed. However, we were now informed that there "is an additional fee for spaying your pet over 6 months." When we called in October, we were told that they were not performing any surgeries at this time since they no longer had a primary doctor. Six months have passed and they still have no doctor, nor do they have any resolution. We stopped going in September and the wellness plan is not transferrable. On March 3, they sent a collection for $313.54. Time and time again they failed to provide the services at the appropriate time or at all. I have tried to come to a resolution calling the location and the client solutions team. They continuously say they will look into it but I have never heard anything from them.
