              Stay July 10, 2023 - July 13, 2023 in their Orlando Florida location. I boarded my dog Rosie one time before, and she absolutely loved it but this time it was very different. When I went to pick her up instead of acting happy to see me as she always does she was pulling on my lease to get me out of there as soon as possible. I always bring the exact amount of food that she will need while I am gone, which is why it was so surprising that upon my return, I had leftover dry food as well as a can of wet food. Because Rosie was so anxious to leave. I didn't question it until later. When I called the person, looked at the food logs, and found that indeed she had not been fed at least one of the nights. Based on the remainder of food that I took home, she has not been fed in the morning or one evening. After the food logs reviewed, the person confirmed that indeed she had not been fed and would investigate further. I received a Voice Mail two hours later, stating that they had fed and they had given her met her medication. Based on what I took home I knew that was not true. I called and had to leave another message and have not heard back yet.

              I booked my puppy at pet Paradise I would never ever take my puppy there ever again. Every time I pick her up she smells like p*** She start eating her p*** in that place because they wasnt taking her out so please do not take your dog there and also I met two workers from there and they told me the same thing theyre nasty and thats why they quit.
