    I purchased a supplement (Berberine) in March 2024, to which I experienced a severe adverse reaction. According to this companys website, they offer an unconditional 365 day return policy. Repeated attempts to get my money refunded have been ignored.

    Id give them a zero if I could. This company used to be great. HORRIBLE customer service now as opposed to 2 years ago. Tried to take advantage of a 40% off sale on a Monday. Wednesday received a message that it was cancelled and refunded. Called and was told the system did that with no solution given to me. Ask for a supervisor to call me the same day and never received a call. I sent an email to customer support that day. On Thursday, I received two responses from Naomi ******* customer support just reiterating that everything has been canceled and how to reorder. Called again and was given a supervisor ***** who shouldnt be in that role. He just kept reiterating that my account was flagged because I bought so much since they worry about people re-selling the product. No apologies and no resolution, and it would be nice if they compensated me and someway for the inconvenience (which they used to do). In fact, didnt even offer a solution to receive the 40% off again if I reorder. They obviously have contracted out their custom service and really dont care about their clients anymore. Berberine is sold so many other reliable places and is cheaper. Moving on! They make me sick. Havent seen my refund come through yet. It better be soon or Ill be reporting them to the Attorney General.
