After having a horrible water leak from my master bath into my living room I was recommended to use All American Water Restoration, Inc. I am very pleased with their work and the way things ran on schedule. Everyone showed up on time and ****** and his crew were exceptional !! They did and excellent job and cleaned up after each step of the job. *** came out to check and be certain that everything was running on time and that I was pleased with the progress. I would recommend them with out hesitation to any one . Thank goodness there are still some companies that show up on time and do an outstanding job with high standards of customer satisfaction.

Wish I had gone with a different company. Quality of work is sub par. They GROUTED my toilet to the floor. I had to catch that they drywalled over the dryer vent. they installed the island cabinet on top of a live wire that was taped off with painters tape. Tile work was good. Drywall poor. I have to go in and add drywall to the electrical outlets since they were cut too big. Just dont.

All American Water Restoration did a wonderful job. They were on top of the issues at hand and resolved them swiftly. The company preformed mold remediation from start to finish, along with a lead base paint inspection. They identified the cause of the issue's and made recommendations. The inspector give us a time from start to finish and exceeded our expectations by completing the work sooner the expected. They were very professional at all times and very, I mean very neat and clean in the way they started the job and finished the job. I would highly recommend this company and their staff to all who ask. Also, a special thanks goes out to Isaias for working so swiftly and diligently in a restrictive time frame. I had a leak that caused damage to my bathrooms and living room/kitchen ceiling and floors. All American did a nice job of fixing my house for a reasonable price. I liked the way Jennifer gave a production schedule and kept things moving so that everything was completed on time according to her schedule. The workers were great and even did a few things that they didn't charge me for. I highly recommend them.

Isaias ******* was an absolute pleasure to work with, he was polite and clear the whole time, hes a real hero! They fixed our mold problem ASAP and we couldnt be happier.

Tiffany was the initial contact who met with us, guiding us through the scope of the work All Amercian could provide. Jason, lead contractor, perfectly and promptly performed the reconstruction phase. Jennifer Sills, Project Manager coordinated reconstruction with passion and precision. She was extraordinary. She was Personal, but Professional. Jennifer is an exceptional, first-class, persistent, patient representative who worked tirelessly from start to finish. Upon my initial contact with Jennifer, she announced that she would be working close at hand with me from start to finish. She isa master at her job, adding depth and dimension to this project. She's a beautiful lady with many gifts and talents. Mauro, the painter of the final phase was very detailed and meticulous, working late hours until the job was complete, doing above expectation.
