Tres ******** installed my water heater and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. He was punctual and explained everything to me, so that I knew what to expect. He was meticulous in the work he did, and made sure to clean up after himself. I would definitely recommend this company for a water heater installation!

These people are a TOTAL SCAM. They sent this sales person who misled us into buying this product which to me in all honesty is a total waste of money. It was so easy for them to return my calls and check in on me when they were trying to sell us their product. But once they convinced us to sign up on it, and gave us all this ******** lies about discounted soaps and detergents, and how much money we will save, we signed up. Upon them installing their equipment, they went GHOST on us. NOBODY IS EVER AVAILABLE WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NOBODY HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK. THIS IS 6 MONTHS LATER. Now I am stuck with a 7K balance and worse of all, it shows up on my credit as a credit card transaction on a 8K credit card limit. Now, to the credit agencies, it looked like I totally maxed out on a credit card and it dropped my credit score by 65 points. How can this be ok? How can someone sell you something so expensive, but yet you can't get hold of nobody on the phone?? Makes me question if they are even legit. All I needed for them to do is correct the sale because THIS WAS NO CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION. IT WAS A LOAN THAT THEY CONVINCED ME TO SIGN UP FOR, SO LET IT SHOW AS SUCH ON MY CREDIT REPORT. PRESENTLY, IT LOOKS LIKE I MAXED OUT ON A CREDIT CARD AND THIS MADE MY CREDIT SCORE DROP BY 65 POINTS. I CAN HARDLY QUALIFY FOR ANYTHING I APPLY FOR AS A RESULT AND IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING. They do a good job in scaring you to think unless you buy their product, everything else you drink is poison. The salesman (*************) lied and told me it was going to have MINIMUM IMPACT on my credit. If I knew this was gonna be the case, I WOULD'VE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS ********. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

*********************** followed up on my installation and really provided a lot of excellent information for me as well as answering the questions I had. She was very professional and did a great job making sure I was familiar with the ins and outs of the system.

Professional, efficient, and friendly team. They did a fabulous job and took the time to explain everything.

Our technician ***** was courteous and communicated well before he arrived. He performed a tune up on our system we had installed two years ago. When asked he explained the procedure he was performing and did it in a timely manner. Thank you!
