      I am 90 years old and my daughter told me to file this complaint. I have paid this company $11,600 since 4/2021 to fix my slow computer. I have a 2016 IMac. When I first paid them $3,000 in April, 2021, I thought it was for a least a year of anytime service. My daughter told me this was predatory but she saw the charge in 2022 and it was from my checking account so she did not do anything. I called them back several more times to help because the computer was still very slow. Every time they would find something else wrong and charge me $1,000 - $2,200. Last charge was in January 2023 for $2,000. My daughter has tried to contact them by email and the address is not valid. She wants to file a complaint with the Il Attorney General after this complaint. *please note: I, *** ****, am typing this for my Dad. He is no longer has a reliable memory but the bank records are clear (see the uploads). Also, the computer is so slow as of yesterday, I could hardly function on it. I believe they have installed malware on it instead of correcting it. Since it is a Mac, it is hard to believe that it had severe security issues initially. Nothing, however, justifies those charges. We could have bought him 5 new Mac’s for that money. *** ****, daughter. ******************** ************

High End Security Software and Extended Hardware Warranty from time to time. The mentioned customer is with our association for a very long period and never had any complaints until now. We are now waiting for there response to accept the refund. 

      We have also explained that we are ready to negotiate and refund on active services and shall be happy to return the portion of amount to be credited back to them. We cannot do refund on expired services and software.

      June 4, 2021, I was dealing with Global Technology Partners, LLC. I was having issues with my new WEB site and this company was helping me. I thought they were connected with McAfee. They were not. After hours of help they took care of the problem and said my new subscription would be $500 for 3 years. Just figured I was scammed when McAfee renewed my "new" subscription for 2 years on June 2022.

We did explained our cancellation policy and your partner decided to continue the service rather than cancelling. We tried calling again and there is only option to leave VM which we left few.       I knew my e-mail was hacked so I went on my computer to find someone that could fix my computer remotely . I found Global Technology Partners. A person named Daniel C*** phone number ************** is the person that helped me. I paid them $200.00 for computer protection using my ****** card.

      On Nov. 17, Global Technology Part from Orlando Florida charged my husband's credit card for $500. It was a scam. They told him he had a virus on his two computers and said the only way to get it off of there was to pay them the money. My husband has health issues and wasn't aware of their trickery. We ask for the $500 to be refunded on his *********** credit card or we will take further legal action. No one should be able to lie about Russians invading people's computers and then offer to "help" by charging $500. This is fraud, plain and simple. We are disputing this with the credit card company as well. People need to be made aware of this fraudulent company and it's horrible business practices.

      My husband was in failing health (cancer) and inadvertently clicked on an "Ad" while he was on the computer which then locked our computer. When our computer was "locked" it required him to call a phone number that directed him to Global Technology Partners. They convinced my husband that the Russians had seized our computer and we had to pay an exorbitant amount and sign a contract. My husband was so ill from cancer treatment (now deceased) that I could not convince him that it was a scam. This company is still charging my credit card. We were scammed thousands of dollars. How can I resolve this and unsubscribe to this fraudulent company? Please assist. Thank you in advance.

The Case discussed above is a false information and we are not charging anything. We do have an account in your name from your name and this is from Dec 2018 and your service has expired also. we do not have any automatic renewal as well.
