I had my wedding photographed by this man on July 16, 2022 where he stated my photos would take 6 weeks which was also stated in the contract. The only time I messaged before 6 weeks was to inquire about sneak peeks which are completely normal when having photos done. I had no response so I waited for the rest of the 6 weeks before calling and messaging. I finally got a response but it was to tell me he was in the hospital which from what I see seems to be a common thing. I was told I'd have my photos that night or the next day but never received them. I followed up and was told I'd have them that day by the end of day but still nothing, I followed up again 1-2 weeks later and still no response. I have seen so many complaints and reviews online about this and just don't believe I'll ever get my wedding photos that was well paid for.Initial Complaint

I hired Brian in April of 2022 to have two photo sessions for my daughters sweet 16. I paid in full ahead of time & even for an extra hour for the party. It is now August 2022 & after multiple texts, phone calls, emails, Facebook messages I still haven't received my pictures. It is heartbreaking to have to explain to my daughter that we were scammed & she has no photos of her special day. Someone like this should not be in business if they aren't going to fulfill what they were paid & hired to do. In reading all the other complains, it seems he gave the same excuses to everyone & scammed them as well.Initial Complaint

Hired a wedding photographer for small wedding in Orlando Florida. Pre paid photographer. He showed to event, took pictures for reserved time. Per contract, says pictures will be ready in 6 weeks from date of event. OUr event was on 5/29/2022. It is now almost 8 weeks from the event and he won't return our phone calls or emails.Initial Complaint

Hello BBB, Final Touch Photography was hired to take pictures of our wedding on November 21, 2021. The photographer Brian S********* was contacted prior to the wedding and paid in full. On the day of the wedding Brian attended and took photos as agreed and we were informed that it would take six (6) weeks for our photos to be ready. Since then the due date for delivery has past and we have not received any photographs. Responses slowed until there were no responses. We would preferably want to have our wedding photos delivered in any format at this point. Other than that we will need a full refund and any other penalty that can be applied for causing distress.Initial Complaint

We hired Brian to take our wedding pictures on 12/18/21. He was paid in full for his services and I was told the pictures would be delivered in 6 weeks. When the due date for the picture delivery came up Brian said the pictures would be ready the week of 01/30/22 and since then I have only received 1 email on 03/17/22 saying he was sick, also that our wedding pictures had been sent out to be edited and that I was going to be updated the next Friday which was 03/18/22. I have been actively trying to get a true update and a date of delivery but Brian fails to respond to emails, texts and calls.Initial Complaint

I paid $375 for a photo session during a family dedication service. He stated my pictures would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. The service took place on May 14th, 2022 over 6 weeks ago. I've sent various emails, phone calls and messages with no response. I would like to revive the photos from my event immediately.Business response

We had hired Brian S********* with My Final Touch Photography to shoot our wedding back on February 12,2022. We paid the full amount before our event. Day of he came out on time and shot 100s to 1000s of photos for multiple hours even showing me,my wife Jennifer and our friends/family some of the photos he had taken. We then were told we would have all of the photos sent to us digitally and by usb drive. He said we would touch up some photos to make them special and it would take about 6 weeks. 6 weeks went by and no word on anything so I reached out multiple times and heard nothing back. Finally I reached out and got a response saying he would need another 2 weeks so I said ok. We are now in may and I have made several attempts to get my photos and a refund for this horrible service. This was for the best night of our life's and now we have no photos to remember this special day. I then booked a photo shoot under a fake name in which I got a response from, when I confronted the issue they responded with Brian was currently in the hospital and they were only an assistant and would look into it. That was the last I've heard from them. I have called countless times, emailed , Facebook message to no avail. This is ridiculous the way this company is ruining peoples memories. After digging around I can see I am not the only person he has taken advantage of.Business response

We had Brain S********* photograph our wedding back on November 6th 2021. We paid ahead and our contract stated we would have our pictures within 6 weeks. We haven't received anything as of May 2nd 2022 and he keeps lying to us saying we'll have receive them soon. We cannot recreate that day and want him held accountableBusiness response

I didn't receive no reply back accept character assassination all over social media. I know you have nothing to do with that and I'll proceed with that with another source. On April 21, 21 I contacted them to do our photos in Cocoa Beach for our wedding. On April 26, 21 I signed the contract and gave my down payment. October 5th I gave them my final payment. Our wedding was Nov 6, 21. They were present and took a large amount of photos as he was there for 5 hours. The contract states I will have access to them 6 weeks after they were taken. Dec 14, 21 I contacted asking if it would be possible to see a couple of photos. Brian responded saying he had an emergency trip to Cincinnati and would be back that Friday and would send me some sneak peeks. I never received them. I followed up again on Dec 29, 21 asking about when I would receive my photos. I was informed they had not gotten back from their trip, but would be returning the next day. Jan 19, 22 I emailed asking again. I was told he was trying to get caught up on his photos and appreciated my patience. Feb 1, 22 I emailed asking again. No response. Feb 8, 22 I emailed again, nothing. Feb 10, 22 emailed again asking and noting that I see I am not the only one they have ignored as others are leaving reviews online about his failure to respond. Feb 22, 22 I finally received a response from someone checking his email and Brian has been in the hospital and had covid as well. I was told I would get an update that Friday on my photos. Feb 27, 22 I wrote back asking where my photos were they never came through. Feb 28, 22 I received a response that they editing company my photos are at was closed and they would try today to see where they are at with my photos. March 2, 22 emailed asking again. March 3, 22 their response my photos are scheduled to be finished on Tuesday and will be put into Brains dropbox and they would have an associate come over and upload them into the viewing gallery. Mar. 10, 22 emailed asked again, response the editing people have covid, Mar 19, 22 Asked for a date on my photos. Mar 24, 2022 asked again, and once again today.Initial Complaint

Brian (Final Touch Photography) took my wife's (************) pregnancy photos on 1/26/2021 months ago and fully paid with the amount of $175.00. The agreement was that he would deliver the photos in two weeks. We waited until my wife delivered twins and for a total of 4 months patiently, and finally called him. He told us he was sick and will come and take another round of shooting for the twin's christening for free because we had been very patient with him for such a long time. This actually misled us to think he was an honest person. When he came to the christening shooting, he was supposed to bring the pregnancy photos he shot 4 months ago but he did not. Again, he promised that he would get us all the photos in another two weeks. Now it has been four months since we last saw him. When trying to call his number he the call directly goes to voice mail which is an indication that he blocked our number. When trying to communicate with him via email, he replied one time with the same deceitful excuses saying he is still in the hospital. These photos mean a lot to my wife because she cannot repeat the moment. Due to her health conditions, she will not be pregnant again. The photos he shoots have special meaning and memory to her. She invested a lot of her time, mind, and money to get this moment in pictures. Brian's silence and unprofessional practice hurt my wife psychologically. No amount of money can bring the memories and happiness she wanted to preserve through these photos. Her disappointment, agony further started to hurt almost all members of our family at this point. We politely ask the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue and get my wife the happiness she deserves from her memories.Business response

I hand delivered flash drive today Tuesday November 16, 2021 at 1:30pm at there residence. It's not how I conduct business I fell ill and it's been hard. I don't need to submit evidence of delivery, Mr. and Mrs.*********** are very trustworthy and wonderful people.
