On August 12th, 2022, I purchased a B.C. Rich x Stranger Things warlock collaboration guitar for about $5,000. Their site advertises that guitars ship out 4-5 weeks after placing an order; however, my experience has been radically different than the advertised time. Over these months I've waited to get my guitar from them I've spoken to numerous support agents, all pledging to investigate the status of my guitar, with no follow-up about their findings, leading to this neverending cycle of contacting support and trying to find where my guitar is and what state it is in. Nobody can give me a straight answer. The only individual I spoke to told me my guitar would ship last Friday (Jan 20th, 2023), but I have not received any tracking information. When I contacted support again, I was met with their support team having told me that they had no record of my guitar having been shipped out. I haven't received any further correspondence. I want a refund, or I want my guitar; I'm over this atrocious buying experience and will never buy from B.C. Rich again. Their smoke and mirrors have gone on for too long, and I'm over this blatant disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. Communication is all I asked for the longest time, and it's a damn shame that it has to come to such drastic measures to get what I purchased.
