On July 16, 2021 a deposit of $1,000.00 was paid to this company for glass for a frameless shower. The company can no longer be reached. I have tried phone, email, messenger, and my contractor has also tried to visit the business address with no luck.Initial Complaint

Do not trust this company, they will take your $ and run. Gave deposit $1,102.50 over a month ago and now they don't take my calls, they don't return my calls, no reply to texts. The few times they did reply I was given excuse after excuse. Deposit was given for shower glass enclosure on the 16th of December. December 22nd I texted for an update and was told by Leon-Vice President "the admin that processes the drawings was just updated" they will check and let me know. December 27 I texted for another update as they never got back with me and was told by Leon "have not been able to get any answers they will be out until the 8th of jan". January 10th I texted for updates as yet again they had not gotten back with me and was told by Leon "******-wife/President will be contacting you shortly". The following day January 11th I texted Leon yet again as I never heard from ****** informed him that I felt I was being given the run around and his next excuse was "I'm in the hospital due to my sugar" he then gave me ******'s phone number and asked that I contact her. I texted and called her that same day and again on the phone 15th and no answer and no reply. Made another attempt on Monday January 17th and again today the 19th and nothing. On top of all this, passed by their place of business and it appears to be shutdown. Not to mention all of the shady things I've found online in regards to this company and the people in charge after digging deeper. STAY AWAY! One way or another this matter will be rectified in the appropriate manner.
