This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased new windows for my home in 2020 to the cost of $11,000+. I now have a window that refuses to stay open because it has a broken piece in it and I need to have it fixed under the warranty.. I have tried to contact this company repeatedly over the last 3 weeks. I call customer service and end up in a woman's voice mail (the same woman every time (and yes I have her name). I left her 4 messages over a 2 week period before she finally called me back. She said I needed to go online to file the claim. I went online and it says I need a copy of my receipt and I do not have it. I called her back again and again ended up in voice mail again and again. I was finally able to get a call back and asked if I could get a copy of the receipt. After placing me on hold she informed me that this was done out of the ********* office and they were no longer in business and had deleted their files. She finally sent me a copy of the contract to buy the windows but it does not have the information required. When I tried to file anyway there was a place for the serial number. I didn't know the number and it had a place to click for information which led to a dead link. I have now been jumping through hoops for a month and STILL have a window that won't stay open. And I can NEVER reach anyone when I call but have to wait and leave repeated messages before receiving a call that provides me with NO INFORMATION. CUSTOME BE WARNED - THEIR WARRANTY IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM.
