On December 31, 2022 I purchased 6 curtains panels from online retailer Wicked AF for $356.94 (order #*****). Before purchasing I checked their returns policy to make sure I would able to return them if they didn't match with my space. I have attached screenshots of their return policy below, which states they have a "no questions asked" return policy with a return warehouse in the United States. I proceeded with my purchase because of this information. A couple days after receiving I decided I needed to return the curtains. I contacted customer service and they sent me the return address to a UK warehouse. I emailed back asking for the return address to the USA warehouse. Ava, the customer service agent, said she would forward my email to management. This was on January 15th. I have contacted them twice since, and have had no replies. For a refund, I am required to return the merchandise within 30 days. And that has almost arrived. I want to mail this merchandise to a USA warehouse and be refunded $356.94 for my purchase. I want Wicked AF to honor the return policy they have on their website. I have also attached screenshots of my order confirmation receipt email and my email exchange with customer service.Initial Complaint

December 16, 2022 I purchased a $90 purse from wickedaf.com. (See images) I have reached out several times and not received any responses. They have updated the item to shipped and provided a very long fake tracking number. They have no phone number to contact or address to write to or visit. They will not respond or ship my item. They did, however, take my money from my account immediately after purchasing. I want a refund immediately and I want an apology. I also noticed this website has many similar complaints across many websites. They should not be able to operate. I trusted this company and that was a mistake.Initial Complaint

Spent $53.99 on two items from the store and never received an order confirmation email. I contacted their customer service and two weeks later they send me a response with the order number. They told me the order had already left the building, but when I used their "order lookup," there was no tracking information. They claimed the "pandemic" was causing delays. In December of 2022, this is unacceptable. I finally got the order and only one item was in the box. I reached out again to their CS and got a response that management would look into this. Never got a response from management. It's been two weeks and I still don't have a response or half the order I received. Not the mention the half I did receive was of such poor quality and totally misrepresented on their site. Bad experience and, I believe, scammers.Customer response

On November 28, 2022, I purchased an item for $23.09. I was informed that shipping was free. Two weeks later, I noticed my item had still not shipped and I contacted WickedAF through their Instagram page. A representative told me my item would be shipping in 2-3 business days. On December 12, I received an email that my order was being shipped and a tracking number was provided. On December 22, I checked the status of my shipment and found that the package never left the warehouse and is now marked as "shipping cancelled." The item in question is still for sale online with no note about it being out-of-stock, and I have received no response from the company.Initial Complaint

I spent $78.98 at wickedaf.com on September 30th. I got an email "confirming" this purchase along with a message that said I would get another email when it's shipped, this email had no tracking available or any REAL confirmation. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. On top of that, I applied a 10% off code provided and they did not take that off the cost. They did not reply when I emailed about the discount. This site has complaints dating the past couple years, why is it still running? I better get my money back and this site needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

1. Made a purchase online on June 12, 2022 2. The items finally arrived July 09, 2022 almost a (month later). It might have been dropped chipped from China (?) 3. The items were not as described on the website so I contacted customer service for a return RMA and refund 4. I was given an address in the UK to return the items for which I had to pay the shipping cost ($30) 5. Only July 25, 2022, after confirming the receipt of the return, the customer service rep told me she will forward my email to the "management team". 6. Ordered a size large jacket ($53) from this company on September 15. When it showed up, it was not a size large - rather seemingly a child size large? (Unspecified on the website) After contacting the company on October 8th, I was told I would receive a postal exchange label, so I could exchange sizes. They told me on the 9th of October that this would arrive in 5-7 business days. It is now October 24, and I havent heard a thing from them in nearly two weeks, despite reaching out multiple times, and commenting on their instagram posts just to get them deleted, and I'm ignored.
