            Good evening, I want to open a claim on my payment for $4075, money what was sent to Container Shipping LLC, in 08/13/2021 for a future shipping to Romania supposed to take place in july 2022. All transaction was discussed with one of their employee, Jennifer G******* who also received the money. Unfortunately, on december 2021 my storage unit where I had all my boxes and furniture was burglarized. I call and email to G******* and let her know about that and to cancel the shipping. She agreed and she request to send a notice of cancelation. I did that, plus few pictures with my unit vandalized. I request many times, on emails, on phones, text messages to have an answer when I will be refunded. Very rare, she answer me, and when she did that she was every time very vague about my request. Thank you. ****************

            The owner, *****************************, sold an 84 year old widow a cargo worthy shipping container. Upon delivery, the driver preopened the doors so we could see inside. Next day we could not get the doors open and contacted ********************. Months later, weeds/vines were growing up through the sides and fire ants were coming in through the sides and inside the container. We have contacted ******************** numerous times to see if we could get another container and/or we would pay extra for an upgraded container for her. He said all sales are final. We contacted another reputable container business and they said the container he sold is not cargo worthy. There is most likely a structural issue because weeds/vines should not be growing through a container. She paid $2954.18 for this container and is a widow on a very limited income. Her last memorable belongings are in this container. This company refuses to help her get the container she paid for! This is abuse of the elderly! *************** LLC is a scammer of the elderly.
