As explained to the customer at time of bookings, each call is recorded and reviewed for quality assurance, Sandra's exact words were "hope the cleaner can deal with fifthly" We gave Sandra an option of two cleaners vs one for a difference in price; again on a recorded line, Sandra decided to go with a fixed cost to clean for four hours with one team member vs an hourly rate of two housekeepers Sandra complained at that moment, I can't believe what you charge by the hour and asked several times " your people show up"? interesting question to ask in itself?
After the four hours and twenty minutes were complete; ( of which Sandra was NOT charged a single cent for the time our housekeeper went over finishing the room she was in). At this point, Sandra decided to call and complain: again, after she signed a work order with inspection of the team members work, (ask yourself, if you weren't happy with someone's work, would you sign a completed work order?) At no point on this recorded call did anyone mention the entire home of" fifty" would be cleaned in four hours. That is what Sandra agreed she would pay for at time of booking once again, four hours to take care of the bulk.
During the follow up complaint call, Sandra mentioned at one time she owned her own cleaning company. Mind you after the complaint, this was determined, Sandra was a do it yourself cleaning company with no insurance, no payroll cost, or overhead of any type as you can see again from the above complaint. Any real company, has lead generation cost, has to reimburse fuel cost, or pay drive time, each of which is built into the total cost of clean, along with labor cost supplies etc. Each of which were given proper breakdown in her email to determine a "none profit clean".
She demanded a "partial refund" only and not to send anyone to fix her grip, Our company has several field inspectors, and on the few occasions a customer is not happy, we dispatch the first open lead. Upon inspection of her cleaned home, given the fifthly of which she described on the phone, there was no way any one person could clean that disgust inside of four hours which she agreed upon again at time of booking. Furthermore, she signed an inspection of her home of which she herself was satisfied with at that time.
The very reason we have a checks and balances in place is, incase a owner is not satisfied, before a team member leaves their home, any issues are addressed at that time and corrected. This time, much like the additional 20 minutes the team member went over, would not be billed to the customer.
After the refusal of our lead inspections help to correct anything Sandra was apparently unhappy with ( a senior lead was dispatched to her home from Ormond Beach FL to Edgewater FL on the companies dime) it was determined a "none profit clean{ would be issued to Sandra. in a formal email, Sandra was given the break down of every cost that goes into factoring the cost of her specific clean. In other words the break down of her cost, before the company makes anything.
One of the owners of the company stated she would be refunded any "profit" from this clean. Above as broken down by her own alleged complaint, we as a company are charged for lead generation, $23.00, we do reimburse team members for travel expenses know as "drive time" which is factored into the cost of a clean for a customer. Sandra received a little more than a $40 dollar credit on her charge card, 5-7 business days after the original charge, yet still decided to write this above complaint.
As anyone can read from the above, her cleaning company failed and sadly she was not managing cost correctly as no one is going to clean a home or business not to make a profit, or worse lose money. The email credit read "none profit clean" and any profits from that clean were returned to her as stated directly on her follow up call.
We service over 600 companies as well individuals in the Volusia area and have never had any "misleading complaints" about any of our past services. Anyone who reads this post will clearly see right through the alleged complaint for what it is.
Thank you, senior management
