Your demeanor was intimidating, and your body language, in particular, was unnecessarily hostile, with what I can only describe as a "swole up" posture. This interaction left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected.The reason for your approach, as I later discovered, was an unfounded accusation that I was covertly filming other gym members without their consent. Allow me to clarify the situation: I regularly record videos of my own workouts solely for the purpose of reviewing my technique and potentially creating content for my personal ******* channel. At no point did I aim to capture footage of other individuals without their knowledge or consent.I am appalled by the baseless assumption made by you and the manner in which it was handled. Instead of approaching me respectfully to inquire about my intentions or raising any concerns you might have had, you chose to adopt an aggressive stance, making unfounded accusations that tarnished my reputation as a member of your gym community.Not only did your actions violate my privacy and undermine my integrity, but they also contradicted the principles of customer service and professionalism that should be upheld by a reputable establishment such as Greater Fitness, Co. It is unacceptable for a manager to make accusations without concrete evidence and to approach a member in such a confrontational manner.As a result of this incident, I felt humiliated & unwelcome in the gym I pay.
