  This company is a complete scam. I placed an order two weeks ago and deposited 100 up front for a total of $299 for the contract. Car was to be delivered four days later but the car was not delivered. I called the company no one answered nor returned my calls. So the next time I heard from someone was when they texted me to increase the price from $299 to $650. I explain to the company that I will forward a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I will request a refund. This company just took my money without offering the service that they promoted. BE CAREFUL

  Would give them a zero if I could. Looked like they dumped our stuff on the freeway, ripped us off, demanded cash, waited weeks to deliver it. Would have been better to just set everything on fire and start over, and cost a lot less.

  Phone number is disconnected. Hopefully they are out of business so they cannot rip off unsuspecting people. They were dispatched to us by a moving broker. We were charged an additional , very large, amount of money. We had every piece of furniture moved either scratched, chipped and damaged. We are also missing boxes containing some household goods and some irreplaceable sentimental family treasures. A value cannot be placed on things like that. Don't want money, just my things back. Wish I could leave a minus review, 1 is too high.

  Booked a move with A Plus moving and paid the initial deposit which was non refundable after 72 hours. We had to add some items to our move which I had to pay an additional amount. Our contract on our home was canceled so we had to put our move on hold and when I called the moving company I was told that the extra we paid would be refunded if we had to cancel the move. We have decided to take our home off the market. So I reached out to the moving company and spoke to a Phil who was extremely rude and stated that unless I could prove what I was told on the phone with customer service when I updated the packing list that I would not be able to request the additional amount paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone for their move.

  I had them do a move in July of last year. I paid them for the move, but I never got my stuff. When I called them, they kept saying that they will come. Well after a while I gave up, and they never came. Now, no one answers and they seem to be shut down. They stole my money and my stuff.

  Total rip-off company. They will quote you and give you a contract. They show up, load part and then say you have to much or item is too large. In my case I had to agree to another $1000. Then they add a surcharge at the end. You need to pay that before they unload. Mine was $600. Owner is rude and insulting.

  A Plus Movers, US DOT: ******* Moved from Indiana to Texas July 2022 My review is long so it will not fit here. DO NOT TRUST this company at all. you're better renting a Uhaul. I am a military veteran. They treated me like shit. Lied on me, held my furniture hostage, and did illegal things, they gauged money off of me. From the sales people to the dispatch are all crooked, they quoted me $3k- the final payment ended up $7K I have such a good case against them that My lawyers are handling the case now. Don't believe the hype that the salespeople say. the cheap military discount is a coy to hook you in and then you pay triple what you were originated amount. they contract out, they say that are all the same company, but they are not. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. SAY NO TO THIS COMPANY!!! MY MILITARY FRIEND DO NOT TRUST THEM. You can't even get in touch with a manager to complain. DISPICABLE COMPANY.

  They have pick up my stuffs on 6-10-22 as of today 7-12-22 I have had called numerous of time & texts plus emails have not received a promise answer to my delivery eta... I'm being told a few days last week now it another week gone by...I called the company just voicemails no operator answered, all went to voicemails of all 3 phone number of the representatives. I'm very frustrated on this moving company, my kids have nothing to wear, I'm leaving for business trip in another few weeks no clothes for my business trip. We are living without cookwares, can't afford to buy anything since we already paid over $3200.50 something for upfront payment!!! Please help me. Thank you

  A Plus moving is a scam , someone call me from A plus moving Because I was doing google search for moving , apparently he was agent which he did not explain to me just toook deposit promise me very good price and we made a deal . Day if moving American Home movers show up to move everything to different state and it was last minute They told me price and agreement I had for moving service price is not right cost me over $5000 more and I never heard back from A plus moving left so many messages and text and agent did not call back , All my furniture was delivered broken in pieces and many stuff missing and I had to wait 28 days for everything arrive they damage all the floors in new house all the walls in new house and now I realize that moving companies to move u out of state is big scam and waist of money Don't do what I did worst company ever don't trust A plus moving co they make promises they don't keep

  If I could give a negative star review, I would. They were not reliable, showed up two days late, were impossible to communicate with and kept raiding the price. They are a middle man. Do yourself a favor and skip them altogether! Stressful and expensive
