I asked the person if it would damage any vegetation and plants below when power washing my roof. He said absolutely not. He flat out lied to me. He killed 2 of my pentas which were beautifully in bloom. Seven others had some of the leaves and blooms burnt so hopefully they survive. I have 2 plumerias which came from Hawaii that were badly burnt. Hopefully they survive as well. I also have some other vegetation that got burnt as well. Parts of my driveway got bleached out as well. He did come out to check things out but I lost my cool when he said he used very little bleach and then he became a horticulturist saying my Plumerias won't die. Just another lie on the bleach usage. All the hard work I did in planting the Pentas and babying the Plumerias so they would grow properly. I asked for my money back but to no avail. I couldn't stop payment on the check because he already deposited the check on the same day and it already cleared. I rinsed off the driveway the following day and all I saw was yellowish solution(bleach) with tons of suds. The company did come out to see if the problems could be rectified but we couldn't come to an agreement. My parts of my painted driveway was bleached out as well. I'm seeking a refund of the $200.00 that I paid them. I've attached correspondence where the company admitted that he made a mistake and also provided photos of my vegetation, plants, and driveway that got ruined.
