            I called this business for a dryer repair. "Mark" was very helpful and suggested I try disconnecting my vent hose to see if it's a Vent issue before he comes out. The next morning he left a very angry, vile Text message because I hadn't gotten back to him ....I hadn't even had an opportunity to disconnect the dryer yet! He seemed very knowledgeable but his anger, nastiness and threats ( he's threatening me not to give him a bad review or he'll sue) are very scary and it's unsettling to think of him in someone's home if he gets angry.

            I'm 31 years in the business and this is not at all the way she states. She was short and spoke rudely to me right up front. After a few questions I was the one who mentioned the dryer vent problem instead of her in need to my services since it was heating and but taking way too long to dry. I stated I would be come out but save her the service fee if she wanted to check the dryer without the vent being hooked up and even offered her the company that would do that type of service on her roof vent. For 31 years I work in 4-6 homes almost daily even Saturdays half day most every weekend due to the amount of appliance repairs needed these days. My customers are always kind and appreciative of my training and knowledge including being honest about pricing and gaurantees. Every once in awhile you get a customer who treats you like their servant and my reactions were unprofessional but this woman was obviously as angry in life as she left me after talking to her. It makes us service people not want to help others and save them money especially in these times. I've built a good business through "hard work" and continue to as is the reason I have a good reputation.
