  Purchased entire new AC unit with 10 year warranty per contract with cash 07-02-2015. Had AC issues a few months ago and found out our warranty had expired. After looking into it the warranty was only processed as a 5 year warranty. Spoke with the supervisor AJ who agreed we needed a new contract that would finish out the 10 years. Ever since then he has evaded our messages and numerous emails and phone calls to the office. He scheduled a maintenance AC appt and told us it was free of charge and then ended up charging us to force us into a maintenance subscription annual package we did not agree to. After explaining we would not be doing that communication stopped. Complete breach of the original contract. We have been reaching out for over two months at this point. We keep being told he will call us back from the office and has not done so and has not provided a new contract.

They have sent me a zeros out invoice for the program we did not agree to as well as have prepared a new contract to finish out the rest of the warranty. Cathy has been very good at resolving the issue.
