      Date of Transaction October 13, 2023 @1:53pm Receipt: RiZM Amount; $40.00 with tax $42.80 On October 6th I sent an email to Art Blvd stating that I wanted an acrylic art picture (City of Orlando picture) that they had available in the store. However, the size I wanted was not available and they had to custom make the piece with a size of 6x18. Before product was to made, they required upfront payment. I went to the store and paid in cash. They stated a date the item would be available for pickup. However, on the date it was not available. I called and visited the store several times after the date stated to pick up the item. Every time I received an excuse as to why the item was not available. Eventually, the product was available for pickup. However, the owner made the printed the wrong item. Wow. After waiting so long for the item the wrong item was made. The owner told me to keep the item and he would remake the item and it would be available for pickup on 10/24/2023. I waited until Sunday 10/29/2023 to return to the store to pick up the item. On that Sunday I went to the store and the owner is always on personal calls and avoids customers eventually made his way to the counter. He told me the item was not ready as he does not have the digital copy of the picture and his employee who the graphic designer has all the images. I do not understand why an owner of picture store would allow an employee to keep all images. He told me he was out of town the previous week (he is always out of town and his employees are never there) and to check back on 10/31/2023. This is the ongoing issue with never ending promises and lies made by the owner himself. He constantly makes promises he cannot keep and lacks customer service skills and knowledge about the items he sells. I would like a full refund of the order as I am tired of being lied to and visiting the store. I gave him my phone number and he fails to call. I want a refund and nothing less. This is truly sad service.

      Mr. ****** you were offered a refund prior to posting this complaint. On October 13, 2023, you came to my store with your mother and ordered two pictures: 


      1 Orlando skyline in size 6"x18" for $40 because you could not afford the larger size
      1 Miniframe 8"x12" Wolf picture for $20


      My sales person informed you that the 6"x18" was a custom size that we do not have this size in stock daily and it will take a few days to process. Without notice, you came to pick up after I had closed the store and I asked you to come the following Saturday. You came a few days later with your mom to pick up your order and I gave you both pictures and provided a larger size ($75) for the skyline since you had waited. You and your mom left the store without any complaints. The next day, your parents came to my store and told me that you ordered the daytime Orlando skyline and not the night time scene but you were too embarrassed to tell me. I was very nice and understanding and I asked your parents to let you keep the picture and that I would make another one for free. I told your parents that I will call them when the order is ready because our image designer was not available and he had the picture in his work folders. I asked them to return on Wednesday  November 1st to pick up the order. Today, is October 30.  For your information, my store cameras have you and your mother picking up the original order and checking out. Today, you made a biased complaint on the BBB and you made a 1 star false review on my store's Google account. Because of your poor intentions and negative reviews, I will not print the extra picture for you. Please bring your parents and return the two pictures that I sold you and I will gladly give you a refund.
