Had a rep.come out for an est.about 2 weeks ago,and was told would see an extra in by the weekend.Mot sure if all info was lost or misplaced or she got lost on way back to office.Would still like missing info for ***** on Lakeshore Dr. ** ************.

I originally got my fence/dog run area installed by Superior Fence and Rail back in November 2023. Next I hired ******************************* to stain the Wooden Fence about two weeks later. Then in March 2024, a few of the wooden boards were buckling and warping. Once I took pictures and tried to call the field operations manager, I never got a call back only when I called the salesman that sold me the fence we were all in a email chain between the 3 of us. I still never got a call back from him. And I dont expect to get a call back. He did call me after the fence was installed and asked for a glowing review online. I had already reviewed the work. Make sure to review everything about this company before hand. While the work is good, I question the sincerity of their customer service. Which brings their rating to a 2 stars.

I would like to give Superior Fence & Rail, Inc. a FIVE STAR RATING!!! I initially called ************************* and he was courteous and listened carefully to what I needed. The job was done by two workers that showed up early in the morning, worked hard and never stopped until the job was completed. These two workers completed installing on two-sides of our back yard, a 6 foot White ******** fence in five hours and it was perfectly installed! My husband and I were impressed with everyone in this company. This ******** white vinyl fence is sturdy and looks amazing! They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in one day. I would strongly recommend hiring this company and definitely give them a five star rating. They are truly professionals and know what they are doing. Plus, they keep their promises. Contacted superior fence and rail about a gate installation with automatic opening. They came and looked at the project, took measurements, etc and was supposed to contact me regarding a quote for the project. Never heard back from them again. A complete waste of my time !! I definitely do not recommend Superior Fence and Rail for any job you are actually wanting to get done !!

We hired Superior Fence and Rail Company to replace our stockade fence and we were very pleased with the new fence. It was seamless from the selection and ordering the new fence online and the removal of the existing fence. ****, ******* and ******* were the three men who did the job, and we could not have been happier.We highly recommend Superior Fence!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with period, nothing but a bunch of wires, in absolutely terrible customer service. Stay away, do not make a huge mistake. Signing a contract with this company like I did.

Our local *******/**** Superior franchise installed our fence in February of 2023. We sealed our fence in April of 2023. Since then our fence has come apart in many locations where the 6x6 posts connect with the fence panels. We have sent pictures and requested Superior honor their warranty, however they are claiming it is wood warping that is causing it and sending us to their wood supplier. There are clear quality of build issues in the photographs, displaying shallowly hammered nails that are protruding through the wood. Furthermore, the wood supplier is their vendor not mine. I purchased the fence through Superior and if they feel the issue is with the wood they purchased from their vendor, they should file any necessary warranty related issues with their supplier. It is not the responsibility of the customer to report issues to **********************'s vendors. We have asked Superior to send someone from management out and have received absolutely no response, even after also reporting the issue to their corporate franchising office. When calling their office and speaking to *****, I was told the owner has been too busy to reach out to customers. When I asked for the owners contact information, I was told that she is not allowed to give that out. We purchased from Superior based on comfort of knowing we were getting a superior product and that they would stand behind their work and warranty. They have not done either.

This company lied to us told us they were a different company wasted our time wasted their time. Ask them three different times if they were able to do everything we wanted to do they said yes yes yes when they finally came out, they snuck up on us basically disrespected us told us we were real old never came up with a quote when they finally emailed they said they don't do part of the job do they? Do we still want a quote for what they do do and I never would use them ever I don't use liars I don't use people that try to get a Job by lying Very disrespectful and I advise anyone that googles them that the ****** reviews that are good we're written by the owners of this company. I cannot believe that they would say they do everything that someone wants and an email they don't do parts of the job I will never ever give them any more than a one star rating. My experience with Superior Fence and Rail, particularly with ******************* and *********************, has been a complete nightmare. After damaging my driveway upon arrival, the Superior Fence crew was drinking on the job, and the workmanship was extremely poor. They installed small, round posts instead of the agreed square steel ones, poured quickcrete poorly, and spray-painted the posts on-site, resulting in overspray from the spray paint on my house.After issuing a chargeback for 50% of the payment due to incomplete work and lack of communication, Superior Fence suddenly became eager to resolve the issue. However, their client relations manager, *********************, insisted on a phone call to discuss payment retraction, ignoring my preference for written communication.***** threatened legal action, but their own contract stated final payment was due upon satisfactory completion, which had not, and still to this date, has not occurred. Despite agreeing to complete the job with their attorney, *****************************, Superior Fence refused to meet previously agreed terms, leading to further dispute.Their attorney allowed the company to withhold funds despite our agreement, indicating unethical practices on both his and his client's behalf. After my bank approved the chargeback, attempts to negotiate in good faith were met with further manipulation by ***************************** and his client Superior Fence and Rail.In addition to filing a BBB complaint, We intend to initiate legal proceedings against Superior Fence and Rail for the improper filing of a lien, as well as for the numerous damages incurred during their presence on-site and subsequently.In conclusion, my experience with Superior Fence and Rail, and their attorney ***************************** of ****** ******************** has been deeply disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and unethical behavior make them a company to avoid.
