On 8/1/2022, i paid 107.00 for 2 kids registration and as of today, have not received any product, merchandise or services to a location that was suppose to open but did not . I am requesting a full refund since nothing was exchanged except my payment.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/28) */ ***** was told when she registered that our registration fee isn't refundable due to the spots that she was holding for her two kids were now no longer available to give to another parent who may want those spots. Each class is limited and based on age so our spots are in high demand. Threatening my manager to blast him all over social media if he didn't give her what she wanted isn't a way to handle things. We have enrolled over 300 students and all the other parents have understood this. I own 3 other locations and have never had an issue with any other parent regarding our registration policy. If ***** didn't agree with the non-refundable reg fee, then she could have said no to signing up initially. Verbally commitment is integrity and we stand by that firmly. My CD will refund as we do not want parents like this in out center. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/10/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The organization has provided me with a refund as they should have. Case closed!
