Extremely rude assistant manager at the Oviedo location. I asked to check in using my number and before I could say anything else she aggressively said that I need to have the app and I won't be let in if I don't have it. I mentioned the reason I don't have the app is because my phone battery died as I was walking into the gym and she should speak to me this way especially since she didn't know the situation. Later, while I was working out she came up to me and said she cancelled my membership and I need to leave right away. Horrible management, they have a lot of anger towards members.Business response

We will not be reinstating his membership or reaching out due to the aggression he has made towards our management team. Thank you! I've already spoken to the VP of Operations, Tim, asked me if I wanted my membership and I told him the same thing. This management team is more interested in their self-interest than having dignity and telling the truth. Countless Google reviews will support claims made about the management team's horrible treatment. Their cameras will show 0 aggressive or threatening behavior from me. Employee aggressively tells me I need to check in with my phone or I won't be let in next time and then comes up to me as I'm working out and cancels my membership.Business response

Is there a good number and time of day you would like to be reached? Thank you! Unfortunately, after speaking with the Regional team, they informed us that they have spoken to this member already about the situation. The member becomes irate and aggressive towards our staff when going over the mobile app policy for member checkins that we have in place. The termination for this member will remain as is and this case can be closed. We will be making no further contact with this member.
