      Subject: Complaint Against Exodus Medical - Failure to Provide Equipment and Misrepresentation Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Exodus Medical regarding their failure to provide necessary medical equipment and their misrepresentation in a drafted letter of release.Exodus Medical charged me $16,188 for clinic treatment that required specific equipment for its effectiveness. Unfortunately, part of the required medical equipment was not provided, significantly hindering my treatment progress. Despite multiple attempts to obtain the necessary equipment, Exodus Medical failed to fulfill their obligation.Due to their inability to provide the required equipment, I decided to cancel the remaining equipment orders to avoid further charges. I requested a refund of the balance owed for the equipment, which had already been paid for by the financing company I utilized for the treatment. Exodus Medical agreed to reimburse $2,400, but to date, they have failed to fulfill this commitment.Furthermore, Exodus Medical drafted a letter of release on my behalf without my approval. In this letter, some statements were misrepresented, which has caused additional distress and inconvenience.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that Exodus Medical fulfills their obligations by reimbursing the owed amount promptly and rectifying their misrepresentation in the drafted letter of release.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*******************

      I am rejecting this response because: I don't  want the equipment. The treatment was interrupted and I no longer trust either the treatment or the staff, I asked for the equipment many times, I never received it. I want my money back how it had been remembered, but it never happened.

      As per the agreement you uploaded, you have received everything except you are only missing one device with accessories. It also states the device once ordered is non-refundable. We can send you the one device you have not received.

      I, ************** attended a seminar for neuropathy with Exodus Medical. Presentation done by Haley S. I signed up for a consultation in their office for a consultation and 16 point check. At consultation Haley did a presentation at which point myself and my daughter ********** was checked out and presented with their findings . The made it seem as though the program would work miracles with neuropathy patients. I was little hesitant and asked questions. Haley kept insinuating that they don't accept everyone into the program but we could cancel the program and get refund at any time after signing up if the program was not for me. My daughter who is disabled and has a severe case of neuropathy was unable to stay for the full presentation only signed for them to check her credit but did not sign any agreement for treatment but we were charged for her. I on the other do not have neuropathy but Haley kept insisting their program could help me with stem cell injections!When I question the paperwork I was signing Haley stated I could cancel at any time. I explained several times at consultation that I didn't won't to proceed until I consulted my Bank because I wanted to see if I could get a better rate. Haley stated that she would hold the paperwork until I contacted them to proceed, instead she filed the paperwork the same day and a couple days later contacted them to say we weren't going to proceed only to find out that they were paid for services and equipment that I have not recieved and didn't won't after speaking with my bank and doctor. I was very upet to find out that Haley took it upon herself to file the paperwork after explaining to her that I wanted to hold off until I spoke with my bank and she agreed that she would. I even spoke with the company/bank afte finding out they paid them the loan and explained I wasn't going with the program and that it shouldn't have been paid out but they were no help. We have not recieved any services or equipment from Exodu

The new patient process is documented in its entirety and we have had a chance to review it, including the recordings of the consultation, exams and report including the financial process. The process was explained in great detail by our employees. Our refund policy is clear and clearly communicated verbally and in writing on 5 different documents. Our program definitely works and it is correct that we cant accept every case. We have thousands of testimonials and reviews to prove it. I have attached the documents you are claiming you didn't sign and your signature is on every single one of them and your initials recognizing that every line item on every page was explained in full. Any unused office visits or things you did not receive are eligible for a refund. Any equipment or supplements you have taken home cannot be refunded. I hope this clears things up and we are happy to discuss more to find a resolution.
