I purchased a safe from them on April 28, 2022. I was told it would ship within the next 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks I called and asked where it was. I was told it was another 3 weeks out. After 4 weeks I was told another 2 weeks. In August they said it would ship the first week. Nothing shipped. Two weeks ago they said it had shipped. Gave me no tracking number, no bill of lading, absolutely nothing. They have lied to me since I place the order and continue to lie. This company is so deceptive and continues to not send me my safe. I want my safe and want it now. I have waited over 5 months now for a safe that was supposed to be delivered in May.Business response
