            A man by the name of ******* entered my property at 6am without my permission, my me and my family slept. This man was conned by a STRANGER who gave him permission to enter my yard. This is extremely scary that a strange man can have this much power. This was due to the company not properly verifying ownership like they should be doing. This is a serious safety issue for myself and for those you send to do a service. The next house you get sent to could be one that has protection! In the future you will be trespassed!!

            ******* is the owner of Certified Best Roofing our licensed Roofing and Residential Contractor. He was requested to go to the property to perform an exterior measurements for a siding quote. It was after his visit to the property that we discovered the initial request came from an individual who did not own the property and was attempting some sort of scam. We responded to the owner of the property and apologized for the inconvenience and unfortunate situation. As far as  safety issues, there were no fences or gates and ******* walked the exterior of the property only. We have attempted to apologize for our mistake with no response. We assured the property owner that we will not communicate with the individual who made the request and have put extra measures in place to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. It's unfortunate that we both were attempted to be caused harm by this individual attempting some sort of scam. Our hope is that this does not reflect on who we are as a company and as individuals who put care into everything we do for our clients and the community we serve.
