Woke up this morning and noticed our heat was not working . I called the company and didnt get someone right away (7:30am) but figured they were not open just yet so I left a voicemail. Within 5-10 minutes I got a call back explained what was going on and within the hour the owner I am assuming came out and knew exactly what it was . Explained everything in detail to me then was nice enough to repeat everything to my husband . Waited until my husband got home to explain even further and did a little work that was needed . Really nice guy. I would recommend this company . I read some of the comments about over charging based off of others . Number 1, yes you should always do your research and call around to other companies and they will more than likely have a price difference . 2. Just because someone has a higher cost on something doesnt mean they are ripping you off. One companies have to make a profit to remain in business and to provide for their family. How can they do that if they give every customer AT COST. Also the benefits of what you get for paying a little more this time could be its a longer warranty coverage or you may have to wait longer to get a appointment / get it fixed rather than have same day or immediately service. You just have to weigh out your pros and cons. The guy was super nice and seemed to be trustworthy . Would do business / refer him in the future .
