              Went through car wash with light bar attached. No signs nor was I told that light bar couldn’t go through. An employee came out to talk to me and did not mention the light bar. As I went through the car wash the light bar was ripped off and dented, it also dented the top of my hood. They refused to give any compensation nor provide footage of the incident. When I went to speak to them, I was rudely told they wouldn’t do anything and they were not liable. Despite there being no verbal or written communication about the light bar going through the car wash.

              When they do promotion they get you on one month for the price of a day wash have you fill out the text link and don't tell you that you will be charged 48.50 a month. I didn't catch the recurring charge for 6 months. My fault on the terms but beware they really are pushy and when its busy your holding up the line. Rush through and i did use it for the month. Im just saying beware of any promotions at tidal wave. My suggestion is to pay cash if you can.
