      Went through car wash with light bar attached. No signs nor was I told that light bar couldn’t go through. An employee came out to talk to me and did not mention the light bar. As I went through the car wash the light bar was ripped off and dented, it also dented the top of my hood. They refused to give any compensation nor provide footage of the incident. When I went to speak to them, I was rudely told they wouldn’t do anything and they were not liable. Despite there being no verbal or written communication about the light bar going through the car wash.

      It is unfortunate that this light bar was damaged but the welcome sign entering the wash is very clear in stating: Our was is very safe, however we cannot be held responsible for #5 down is aftermarket accessories and #9 non factory installed items including paint.

      Date almost a year ago I visited the business, they were busy. It was Friday afternoon, the attendant working car wash was on phone. He failed to properly direct me into the mechanism that pulls car, & as a result my tire was ruined! However he assured me I was good, I’m sure it may have appeared that way. However I pulled out, pulled directly into ******** **** next door. By the time I got through the drive thru my tire was on the rim!!! I parked, got spare on, once we got home I called, emailed, no reply! Posted a review on a site and was contacted. Advised to get 3 estimates, they were supp to refund me, I submitted the receipts within 2 weeks, I modified my review, and never heard back from them! What’s bizarre is like another person posted, I stopped in person, was told new mgr had taken over, wasn’t aware, resubmitted estimates, and never heard back! Due to illness I gave up…. It seems like a regulus thing they do!

      This location did not open until 3/2/2022 and the earliest record of any incident occurring at this wash was in May of 2022. If the complainant could provide a better timeframe, I could investigate the incident and know more about what took place and respond accordingly.

      On 10 December 2022, I ran my car through the car wash. The rear windshield wiper on my 2012 Mistubishi Eclipse got completely pulled off the car, leaving a hole where it attached. I immediately spoke to the manager who said for me to get 3 estimates and return to him. I brought back 4 hardcopy estimates about a week later and was told I would be contacted. I was not contacted so about a week later I returned in person to discover the previous manager was no longer employed there and the new manager had no knowledge of the claim and had none of the estimates. I had the estimates re-sent to the new manager and was again told I would be contacted. I have not been contacted. I have called the manager twice per week for the last three weeks to see what is going on and each time he says he called someone and there are going to contact me. This has proved futile, as I am either being ignored on purpose or there is a complete lack of competence.

The current site leader actually submitted this claim yesterday, February 8,2022 to be paid and in his defense, had to do some research to validate the claim. Once it is processed (should be today 2/9/2022), he will receive a check within 7-10 business days. I would like to offer my apology to Mr. ****** for lack of timely handling of his claim.
