We recently moved to Milton fl from Georgia we searched for general contractors and found bbf contractors in Pace . All the reviews were great so I reached out to the owner Andy Needles and recieved a call the very next day. Being a electrical contractor it was very easy to discuss our needs in the building of our new home. Right off the bat me and Andy found we had alot in common, both of us served in the United States Marine corp and we both love Jesus ! Our home was started in July of 2023 and We moved in on December 8th 2023 . We are pleased with our new home and with the whole crew at bbf. Thank you for getting us in our new home for Christmas. The Built By Faith (BBF) Construction Team of professionals doted on my Wife and I throughout this entire process. They built us our dream home, yes, of course. That’s what home builders do, but they were not just home builders. They were Family, Friends, Communicators, Teachers, Listeners and were always available or provided someone from their team to answer my Wife and my questions, concerns or even to check in and say hi. In this day and age and recently in Florida and throughout the Gulf Coast contractors have been in the news negatively due to their unprofessional conduct and greed. Not BBF. Andy and all his crew were very exceptional professionals to work with. A relatively normal job did the usual in home renovation and became a bit more complicated than expected. The team went above and beyond in communicating with me and letting me know what exactly was going on, how they would take care of it, and why they were doing what they were. He had every professional trade you can think of on speed dial waiting just in case they were needed. The house looks amazing, everyone was very professional, and I am very pleased with how things turned out and the final project. If you need a contractor for any job, this it the one you call first! Andy was absolutely incredible to work with! I am beyond grateful for the work he did on my EXTREME fixer upper of a home! It needed a new roof, flooring, walls, electric/plumbing, mold removal, porch screens, doors... truly anything you could think of. He was punctual in all matters, quick to attend issues I was concerned with, extremely professional and honest. His work was top of the line in every single detail. He was amazing at remembering, juggling, and addressing everything that needed to be done, and then some- all in such a quick and timely matter! He and his team truly went above and beyond. I am forever grateful to have had an honest contractor & team- it is truly rare to find. My home is beyond what I hoped to look like as a final product. I will be recommending BBF Contractors to everyone I know needing renovations done! They are truly a rare gem of a team!!!Review from Sherri Y

Andy is amazing!!! We are so grateful for his expertise, professionalism, work ethic, honesty, humility ,and generosity! My daughter purchased a complete fixer upper that needed EVERYTHING done! We have never done a remodel and were overwhelmed! He and all of his crews were really wonderful!! It is so refreshing to work with people who show pride in their work and honor every word they speak and more!! This is the way business should be done!!!
