      Pace water service is pushing water pressure in my area , over 100 psi. When normal pressure is supposed to be at 80 psi. When i called Pace water service and asked about why is it servso high . All they can say is , we dont control the pressure. Well, i just got conformation by a local Pace Florida plumber that , yes they do adjust water pressure when new construction is going on and when other areas are low. Well , i have a water treatment system thst for the 3rd time is rolling the seals and letting water go directly into the ground . My toilet water supply seals are busted . 2 nylon garden hoses in 1 week are busted and the PRV Vaulve spring is now busted due to this water pressure being over 100 psi

      I think this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their ongoing excuse for failing to follow through on repair requests to finally failing to return my deposit is consider their "cost of doing business". I was with this company for 10 years, with no missed/late payments and yet here it is, five weeks after I had my service terminated due to moving out of state, that I still have not received a refund for my security deposit. Twice they had to dig up my water meter to get a good reading on it. Each time they dug it up they left the meter below the surface of the surrounding lawn. When I called about lack of water flow they sent someone out, albeit several days after the complaints, to find nothing wrong at all. in frustration i called a private company and they discovered the water line had a kink in it which prohibited the flow of water. It had been installed that way! There's just no dealing with them as there appears to be no measure of accountability to the community they "serve". They don't care and it shows, after all they are a monopoly.

      Worst company I have dealt with. I bought a house, had my water turned off 5 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my deposit back. Heard every excuse but a resolution!!! Employees complacent and will not return calls. A complete crap hole

      Deposit refunds are typically processed within 4-6 weeks.  With the recent billing software conversion, staff have been overloaded with walk-in traffic, emails, and phone calls resulting in longer response times.

      This company is money hungry. They do not care about there customers at all!! I have 4 children in my house ( which one of them is a newborn) they came cut my water off with no notice! We also paid last months and they still came and cut it off! Now I haven't paid this months, but we are still in this month. They also don't tell you they are shutting off your water, because they get 75 dollars every time they shut it off. I've seen the Google reviews and it does not look good for Pace water. But they know they are the only water company in the area, so they pretty much have us by the balls. I hope something comes of this, because it's 2023 and people are sick of the big companies taking advantage of the little guy!! Hopefully a lawsuit comes from there criminal activity

      PWS's delinquent account cutoff procedures do not cut off a member's account until they have failed to pay two months' bills and are in process of being billed for a third month. The second month's bill clearly states " Your account has a past due amount of $X. Your service will be disconnected and a $75 delinquent fee will apply if full amount is not paid by due date." The due date is listed on the bill as the 10th of the month. A courtesy callout was performed on August 11th notifying members of the late status and the pending delinquent turnoff to those with a current working phone number. Additionally, delinquent cutoffs did not occur until the 16th of the month. While we are apologetic to the disruption of the member's service, PWS provides multiple methods to ensure bills are paid on time to avoid disruption of service.
