I recently utilized M. D. Smith and Sons Construction to replace a screen porch. The quality of workmanship and professionalism of **** and his team was superb. **** was always easily accessible and addressed any concerns with simple solutions. I would highly recommend M. D. ******* and the whole team at M. D. Smith and Sons have always been polite, friendly, and respectful when doing work for me. They have completed five different projects for me: an addition, a living room expansion where they had to raise the floor, the same had to be done to the floor in my laundry room and they remodeled that entirely, a kitchen remodel, exterior paint, cement work, and more. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work or I wouldn't have asked them to return. Their company is very trustworthy and ******* has always been availableif any problems occurred, he has helped solve them. If I have any future projects, I will surely hire them again!Review from Roger C

Complete exterior remodel. Very professional, good quality work.I was very indecisive about some options and changed my mind or added things at the last moment, but the crew always got it taken care of.Would recommend.Review from Better Business

The owner of this business is very unprofessional and has a psychiatric illness. We agreed to a job and the next day he blew up at my wife and started cursing at her. This man ******* is very disrespectful and not a great contractor at all. SUBPAR work for a very high price! Stay away from this business!!

Smith and Sons Construction, Inc. and the client in question are unable to conduct any further business due to the overall lack of consideration provided to, firstly, the construction team, secondly, working conditions they are subjected to and expected to work in, and finally, the general nature of the correspondence, ethics and morality displayed by the homeowners.
